I had them look at my car on Friday because my hazard lights wouldn't go off after leaving my windows down during our last rain storm. They found what they believed the problem was and the cost was around $780. To order the part, I had to leave a $500 deposit. This part was apparently a back ordered part and might not come in for a couple weeks to a couple months. Over the memorial day weekend, the hazard lights didn't come on once. I called Tuesday at 815 and requested a refund on my deposit. I was told that the back ordered part has already been ordered and will be delivered in the next day or two and I'm stuck with the part and the $500 bill. After multiple phone calls and finally a trip up there, we were able to get the part cancelled because it was never shipped out and I was able to get a refund. There are so many choices for auto care out there, I would not go back here because I didn't care for the customer service and they charge $3 for every $100 when you pay with a credit card.

Car repair is fair work not GOOD, or EXECELLENT. Unprofessional, unfriendly Receptionist, will not return. These Reviews are most likely FAKE. Will not recommend, go somewhere else!

My 96 ram was miss firing and they said they would take care of it and I went to go back to pick it up and I drove off it in and it died on me and didn't want to star again so I had it towed back and called them the next day and told them it wasn't running right still Jay said he would loom and it he called me and told me what was wrong with it and he won't touch it because the age of the truck anmd I told that's fine I'll come in in a few days and get the key when I pick up the key I walk out back and found out someone broke in my truck and took my change out and I told them about it then I went back to drop off my key for the tow truck driver and someone broke it to my truck and stole my radio and tried to steal my truck and they are not going to help me fix my truck Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Best place ever Jay the owner will not rip you off tells you exactly what you need or don't need with no bs, been ripped off at other auto repair places and will never take a chance again! Thought these guys were fair. Fixed my wheels ball joints etc. Come to find out they didnt do it right or never greased em cuz all the grease fell out coming from a different mechanic. also my mom almost junked her car cuz they said trans. No she had a broken PVC pipe that they never seen? How many times u guys work on this car!! Told her junk it. It's done. WRONG!!!!!! Got some front end work done tire rods Hubs idle arms alignment car ran great for three days and then everything came apart and it was worse than when I took it in there. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Had to file a small claims suit against them.

This is by far the best establishment to have your vehicle serviced. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I have taken my car to them every time and the repair is always done correctly, and timely. I recommend them to everyone!! Shannon
