Lazy. Called at 5pm (1 hr before they close) and asked if they could pop a new rim on that I ordered. Said I was too late. I called their competitor discount right after and they took me right in and Discount Tire closed at the same time. Guy sounded lazy and bothered because it was close to the end of his shift. Unfortunately I always used Belle Tire, after that, I will be now using discount tire in Waterford

If you want honest people to work on your car, this is the place to be. They worked on a couple of my cars without milking me. I brought my Jeep Cherokee to them thinking I needed a alternator and they told me all I need is a battery. I took my car to them thinking something was wrong with my tires and all was missing was a small piece less then 50 dollars. People, they fix anything as long as it's not the engine. They fix headlights, they will put a new windshield in, alternators and more! I will never use a random mechanic they will get my service always! I'm only speaking of the Pontiac, Michigans location!😊

This place is amazing, I stopped by today without prior appointment to fix flat tire that i bought from somewhere else and they did great job, very quick and professional service and didn't charge a penny. Thank you so much, it was very pleasant experience

Black guy very professional and pleasant.Now the other white guy that's a manager I think not so much.It seems as if when you come in he always gets busy as soon as he sees a person of color.Not saying he's racist but definitely could show the same urgency for all customers.Could definitely be a little more concerned for your needs all in all good experience though very professional.Would come back and would recommend to friends.

In and out in less than 2 hours with out a appointment, balanced my tires and even cleaned up my rim and replaced a leaky valve for me!! Super nice people who work there. I've been to another belle tire and they tried to sell me rims(and wouldnt clean up the ones i had). These guys are honest and legit.

Romelle and the crew at Belle Tire took great care of me recently. The caliper on my Jeep Wrangler seized and they diagnosed the issue and had me out the door in a few hours. Great service, great warranty, great people. I've been working with them for years and they've always been great. I highly recommend this shop.

I went in prepared to buy a new tire but they patched mine. I made an appointment online and was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was really nice and I'm really thankful they helped me out and saved me from having to buy a whole new tire.

We had the time to leave the car. No shuttle to work or back home, so I walked the 1.5 miles (hip replacement and all). They fixed a nail hole for no cost, but never called to say it was done. So overall it was good, mainly because we had the time. With a few adjustments they could get 5 stars.

They replaced two control arms, balanced and aligned my tires/wheels, cleaned corrosion off my rims, and now my SUV rides LIKE NEW. The difference is amazing and the price was reasonable. I'm 64 years old and have been around enough to know! Great job at a fair price! Highly recommend :-)

They have repaired two of my tires so far. He tells me no charge because flat was fixed. Thank you very much I really appreciate your service to the community. I feel a little bit guilty about that because I have not given them the cash business. Sooner or later I will, thank you very much. This place is always busy, expect to wait a bit. Unfortunately last fix still leaks bit.
