I have 3 boys that regularly destroy the interior of my car and the people at jax do such an amazing and fast job at cleaning out all the sand, food, spilled drinks and trash! It looks new every time and this is by far the best membership I've ever purchased. The people who work here are so incredibly friendly and helpful! The employee mark was rude. I have the unlimited wash pass and I just wanted to scrub under the windshield wipers with the brush before entering the wash. I was even gonna tip $5. He Didn’t wanna do it. Just completely rude. Didn’t wanna help. Wanted me to Purchase the higher package for that. Won’t me coming back. Mark cost you guys a customer. Went today and it was an awesome experience. I’ve went a few times prior but today I wanted to get the full service package for my wrangler. As I approached, Alex, one of the employees met me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through all the packages. After I decided on one he talked to his manager, can’t recall his name, but he was awesome too, and I received two free wash coupons for my other vehicle. Winning! Then I went through full service and the guys/gals did a wonderful job. Jeep never looked better. I just wanna say kudos to Alex and the staff for making my choice easy. Edit: the owner reached out to me and was very understanding and disappointed in the services provided. He offered me a free everything wash to make up for it, which I have yet to use. I appreciate the response time and the care for customer satisfaction, thank you. Worst vehicle wash I’ve ever been too, and never will go to a again. Asked for the wash that would clean the underbody of my truck and the man suggested the standard wash +, which was $13. Take a look at the pictures and tell me if that looks like a $13 wash? Absolute joke of a wash. Runner boards filled with mud, front and rear end dirt, untouched underbody
