I got here at 4:55pm and the doors were locked, the store hours printed on the main doors obvisouly state the store closes at 5pm. I NEEDED these packages to go out today, but now that's not possible. The young kid behind the counter gave me an extremely dirty look when myself and another women tried to enter. The store should've been open for another 5minutes, obviously the young kid just did not want to work a single second past closing time as he was already out the back door and in his car pulling out of the parking lot by the time I got to my car to leave. Shoddy work enthusiasm! Never again will I visit this store! F- store.

I do not recommend. They will not accept packages that you have rerouted to The UPS store if you are not going to be home for the delivery. One package was accepted and then sent back to sender the next morning, rather than holding for 5 days as they are supposed to. Two others were denied while the package was enroute.

Placed a print order on Saturday and the pickup time was on Sunday. I came on Monday and the order still wasn’t ready. I could have gone to so many other stores and gotten it done faster. Missed my appointment that I had scheduled.

The staff here are always so kind and helpful. I've used just about every UPS store in the Twin Cities to ship coffee for my small business and this location has never done me wrong. I will go out of my way to go to this store over others.

I paid to have a package redirected and held here. Due to what seems to be a mistake on the part of the store, the package was not available when I went to pick it up and ended up being incorrectly returned to the sender. I get it, mistakes happen. However, the owner refused to refund the fee to redirect the package--despite me not receiving the service I paid for. The desk staff here are amazing but the owner did not do what it took to understand the situation and make things right. Update: The situation was eventually rectified, and staff provided excellent customer service. They also clarified that the mistake was in the UPS system, and not on the part of the store.

These guys are very good at what they do. They're helpful, hard working, and problem solvers. Although we couldn't get my issue resolved (NO fault of their at all) they hung in there with me to the end. You have to appreciate that kind of due diligence. I did leave with a restaurant recommendation...waiting to try it 2night. Thanks Jim!👍🏾

Justin was a lifesaver!! I had a bulk print order printed and then needed to send it out to client and was in a pinch, I couldn't make it into the store in person. Justin went above and beyond to pack the order and ship it out over the phone with me. Amazing customer service! Highly Recommend!
