This store hands down is the best around! I have been to many At&T stores and those do not even come close to the Ridgedale location! This store is a top notch, the staff is amazing and they get their customers in and out! All the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and caring! The manager Anna was super helpful and willing to make sure we got the best…she’s the best around! And Tong was so sweet, had a lot of patience and did an amazing job setting up our phones! I appreciate this location and the Ridgedale location is a breath a fresh air, compared to the many other AT&T stores! I will drive past 10 other AT&T locations just to get the best service!

Great service. My family has been going to this location and it has always been a pleasant experience. I went in yesterday and the most helpful and knowledgeable employee helped me out. He was very personable and when out of his way to make me feel like an appreciated customer. He resolved my problem and even helped me save money. This is no longer the closest store for me, but I will definitely go out of my way to return

Twice I have worked with Ryan at the Minnetonka location. This guy is amazing!!! He solved my issue and went the extra mile to check on my account for me. Indeed there was another issue and he solved that one too!!! ATT needs many more Ryan’s!!!

AT&T shouldn’t not do any business with target or target at all because AT&T runs different promotions and target lies to me. Target has screwed my account up and gives AT&T a bad representation. Target said I bought my phone outright but yet AT&T has been charging me monthly and it’s not paid off! I never knew I was getting charged anything until I worked with Tong and Anna at the corporate store. It’s beyond frustrating that target lied to me and this needs to be stopped. They mislead me and they will future customers.

Anna the Assistant Manager is one of most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees ever. She helped me & my husband get our new phones set up & on a new plan & helped pick out accessories & chargers.She made the whole experience smooth, we were good to go in no time. she really knows her business. Anna from Minnetonka corr store was fantastic. But I came here on a bad note since target ruined my account and lied to me. Target ruins at&t's name and needs to stop partnering with them because they ruin the great reputation at&t has!

Went in on Saturday 6/25 around noon. I was immediately greeted and helped by Josh. My phone had a unique problem going from a different carrier to AT&T. Josh managed to get my phone activated, while explaining to me what he was doing the entire time. I was also impressed by how he managed to multi task helping co-workers, greeting customers coming into the store, and still helping me. Josh did a fantastic job! I would recommend this store to my friends.

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store near Ridgedale Mall. I was very lucky to get a knowledgeable person who helped me pick out a new phone and get everything installed appropriately. He was polite, knew what he was talking about and explained things very well so I could understand! I was very happy with the time he took and the patience that he had while my new phone was being set up.
