On June18, 2022, we took my 90 year old mother-in-law to purchase a new mattress. I was expecting a very challenging, long experience. We had Hayden as our salesperson…he was AMAZING! After listening to her challenges (which included eyesight and mobility issues), he recommended a certain brand and it was spot on. In addition, it was all on sale! Thank you. Definitely recommend the Monticello location and Hayden.

Hayden was wonderful to work with. He was easy going yet knowledgeable without being pushy. We got a great deal on our mattress and it was delivered in 2 days, one of which included a holiday! Will recommend to all friends and fam!

My husband and I went into the store and told Brad what we needed. He showed us a firm in a queen size. It was a great price, so we bought two instead of one. Replacing an old mattress and a too soft mattress. Brad was very helpful, and the process went very smoothly.

The customer service at the Monticello Mattress Firm is outstanding! We purchased a bed last Fall and ended up not liking and Brad at Mattress Firm has worked with us to find a different bed that would work better for us. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but this place still has it! Thank goodness!

We have been looking for so long for a new bed and have had such a hard time settling on one. The staff are not only helpful, friendly and knowledgeable they’re not pushy and truly care about the value you’re purchasing. They also bend over backwards to get you the best deal possible and make sure your 100% happy. We will be going back for sure in the future for all of our bed, pillow, and sheet purchases. 100% would recommend!

Brad and Hayden were amazing!!! We had a house fire and needed four beds pronto! Even with Covid and all the shortages they found us exactly what we wanted! They went above and beyond to help us and our 3 sons! They spent hours locating what we wanted and getting it here for us! They never pressured us to purchase anything, only educated us and then let us decide what we wanted! I can not say enough great things about them! I highly recommend you go in and see them if you are considering a new bed! It is a NO pressure environment and they are very knowledgeable, even with comparisons to online retailers. Give them a shot, you will not regret getting their opinion, and actually being able to try out the bed!!!!
