I was furious, my auto coverage through AARP went up drastically for the second year and after contacting them I was assured this was a state wide rate increase. I replied that red lining is illegal and I feel the increase was tied to my last birthday being my 65th. A couple of quotes from other carriers made me worry that all companies would view my risk in the same manner. I called Jolene and after a brief exchange she went to work and saved us over $600 per year. I have my auto and homeowners through the same company now and an agent I trust and feel works for me. Dodge the emus,lizards and bucks...not on your side!

Absolutely horrible experience. Wasted my time and told me I had to go to another bank to get the service I needed. Don’t come to this trash place. Much better places elsewhere.
