You know you have a coupon from them. Their prices are reasonable and when you hit a sale, you can even afford a little bit nicer stuff than you planned. I got all our dishes there because our huge set we already have has gold trim and isn't microwave safe. We also got our kitchen island there and always go there for coffee pods. It is a pleasant place to shop. Some people say they're going out of business, but the parking lot is always full.

I just went to Bed bath and beyond in Roseville and online it states open till 8pm and I get there and they are already closed. Apparently they close at 7pm now and have been doing so for awhile, yet they haven’t updated their store hours making people think they are open till 8pm still. Fix your website!!!

Didn't make a purchase because they had sold out of the product I was looking for. The staff was very helpful in directing me to various products I wanted to view.

Very disappointed in the buyer. I could always count on BB & B to have a variety and something exciting. Everything was plain and ‘milk toast’. It only gets a 3 because the people are still nice

My spouse came to this bed bath & beyond to pick up an order they had placed online. My spouse went to wait in the order pick up line, and an employee named Beth proceeded to walk up to them without an introduction, and say “DoorDash??” assuming my spouse was a door dash driver. This made them feel very uncomfortable and discriminated towards, as they were the only black person in the store. They said no, and were met with excuses and still no sense of politeness or apology. We called the store to speak to the manager named Ana, and we were still met with denial, passive aggressiveness, gaslighting, and still no apology or offer to make up for the situation. She told me we can speak to someone higher up but of course they haven’t followed through with contacting me back. The lack of accountability and immediate defensiveness the employees showed when faced with this issue is completely unacceptable. If any other customer had a concern brought to the managers attention, you would think an apology would be issued rather than excuses and gaslighting. Very dissatisfied by how the staff handled one of their employees being racist and being called out for it.

I'm so mad at this place... I placed an online order, like most thinking I would get everything in one box... no. Now keep in mind, on checkout The site starts telling me that if I spend 12 more dollars that I could get free shipping... so I order some teas... I like tea so why not. Now, I'm getting notifications that my tea is ready for pick-up. What the heck? The whole reason for online ordering was so that I don't have to go get it. What the heck! Keep your tea...

There really wasn't much to look at. After walking through the store for a few minutes I realized I was back at the beginning already. It was disappointing. Overpriced cheap garbage. Don't even get me started on the clearance items. I kept asking myself, "are they serious?" If you decide that you have absolutely nothing else better to do, you have nowhere better to be, you have plenty of time to waste, and you love to browse through garbage that you know you won't be buying, then you have come to the right place.

I ordered some item online and picked up from store recently. Upon realizing that it is wrong product, I called the stored for exchange. To my good surprise, store has refunded my purchase money along with product due to wrong product supply. This is great Customer service. Well done. Hope you guys get more and more business.
