I went in yesterday and found what I was looking for so that’s why I’m giving it a two star. But the reason why it’s a two star is because the lady that checked me out at the registers. She was rude when I had asked her if it was okay to put it in a bigger bag so my husband could put his items in it too. Cause I was thinking it would save us bags to carry and her time. She gave me a rude look and just didn’t say anything. Looked annoyed and wasn’t happy about I guess what I requested? Was disappointed in the customer service.

Haven't been in years but now the shop is so big! Easier to walk in. Always fun to look at the novelties. Staff was nice. Got 3 incense packs.

Got here at 12:45, Google Maps and Spencer's website both show the store is supposed to be open. CCTV and lights are on inside, but metal door is closed with no employee in sight. Asked a Rosedale Center employee for help but he ignored me and kept walking. Waited about 30 minutes. Drove all this way for nothing.

I stopped in to grab some adult goodies for my wedding anniversary with my husband. The staff was very nice, Knowledgeable, and non judgemental. I'll go back in the future if we have any more needs.

You always know what you expect going into this store. Pretty much hasn't changed for years. We asked one of the workers for help and they seemed happy to assist.

Cute store.. could do without the New Age b.s. items but it's understandable that you find that due to modern pop CULTure. Great staff, bunch sweet kids. Love the T-shirts and lots of lil sales!

I've been shopping at Spencer's for about 30 years. I always look at new things that they bring to the store. I will always be shopping there. I just love the variety.

Great customer service compared to a few years ago where this place had rude employees. The rude employees would get into your personal space trying to get you to buy something. Example, Two years ago they embarrassed me purchasing a lingerie for someone. Today purchased 18+ items. They gave me personal space. Double bagged the items without me asking. Will shop here again in the future. The only improvement would be speeding up the checkout. Cashier takes too long. 🙌

Great store. The sales associate was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase and checked the back to see if products I'd seen online were in store. Friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out with what I needed. Items in the store were hilarious, it would've been quicker but just seeing these shirts, mugs, and hats that u don't see anywhere else was too funny to pass up. Great experience.
