Seriously the dirtiest store I have been to. There are employees all over the place just standing around… I mean grab a broom, just gross.

Some stuff overpriced, some stuff underpriced. Very Few times I have had buyer's remorse... Basically It's exactly what you would expect especially if you've been to other F21 locations. Only have been to this one once, but I sure will edit if the more often I go I see things changing for the worst

why is there ALWAYS only ONE cashier when there is 10 employees in the store. Please do better, especially when there is multiple people in line.

I don't shop here, but I do frequent the business next door and Google can't tell the difference. I think if I were in the market for women's clothing to help me feel the same age forever, I would definitely check this place out!

Excellent service and great customer service. Please be mindful of putting the stuff you tried on if you don’t like it rather than leaving it elsewhere. Very dirty store. There was dust and dirt all over. Not only dirty but clothes all over the floor. Wasn’t welcomed while shopping, which is usually happening at every store in the mall. Would like to see store cleaner. Also was unable to locate anyone that works in the store for any assistance with getting some clothes down from higher racks.

This store seems perpetually hiring as the current employees always seem tired, overworked and I feel for them. The store is drowning in merchandise but there doesn't seem to be enough people to help contain the clothing. I can't fault the employees for the store being a mess, there is just way too much product and not enough people to sort. As a shopper, it's a little overwhelming and chaotic to shop. Prepare to dedicate some time to find what you want and keep an open mind, as you will find different styles hanging on the same rack. Although it's a generously sized store, clothes seem grouped rather than sorted and displayed. That being said, the employees always seem helpful and professional. 5 stars.

I am a man they have just a few men clothes. And it was many clothes in the floor not neat ! Staff is great
