Idk how it's possible that the business supposedly updated their hours on here 5 days ago because the hours are so wrong. A sign on their door says as of 6/17/22 their hours are reduced to 9am-5pm and closed on Thursdays and Sundays, so once again I drove to a dollar tree that's not open. I've tried to go to a dollar tree 4 times in the last few weeks to get cheap supplies to make toddler busy toys for an upcoming trip, and regardless of the day, the time, or location, I can't ever find one that's open. Will take my business elsewhere since I can't correctly guess where the open one is and when. I understand staffing shortages, but at this point why not close half the stores in the cities and keep a couple open with normal hours.

Never know if they're open since no one answers the phone. Driving miles to go there only to see the doors closed. I get it that there's a staffing shortage. Please have a message letting customers know. That is very helpful.

There’s a paper sign on the door that says as of April, their hours changed. Their hours are inconsistent with what’s online. I went to the store expecting to have one hour left to shop only to find a sign on the door stating they closed two hours before my arrival. Bummer. They will lose business due to this.

We went to this location during the day and all the lights were on, but the doors were locked. They had no hours posted on the door and their phone was off the hook when I tried to call. This is the second time this has happened.

I understand the challenges with staff these days but reduce hours and let your customer know. If management is not aware of their staff shutting down during posted open hours shame on mgmt.
