The customer service at Men's wearhouse in St Cloud is TERRIBLE!!!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and will not shop there again! The people that work there are rude & disrespectful (the girls especially). Very disappointed customer! 👎🏻👎🏻

I rented a suit for a wedding, they said they could deliver to Eden Prairie, it ended up in Saint Cloud anyways. Almost everything was the wrong size (the tiny shoes almost killed me), not such a problem to me except I was in the wedding party, felt bad that I looked so ridiculous for his wedding. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

Ask to see if they can change my location of my suit being shipped . The lady wouldn’t look me up or do anything . She was rude and lazy . Called a different location and they did it so easily for me . Train your staff better in the St. Cloud location or just that women.

Mixed feelings. It was the Friday before Easter. They were busy, telling people you might have to wait for ?? time to have someone help you. I suppose, they're the low price supplier of men's dress stuff. I don't think they're selling $300 to $400 suits to stay in business. I guess that's not their thing. In my opinion, they don't need me to spend that, but who cares, it's not a high $ men's store.

I highly recommend popping in here to look for a suit, shirt, tie, whatever you need for your ensemble. We were being helped by Michael, very pleasant and understanding of our needs. While they were unable to match the suitpants, they were able to help us out. My husband grew some around the stomach area since his last suit wearing. (Lol) Anyway, they were able to help with altering the waist and pants at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the experience of the day.

Preston is the rudest, unprofessional person I have ever met. He was openly criticizing customers with the bald tailor. For a moment, I thought I was back in middle school with the behaviors observed. Heck, I think a middle schooler is more mature than these two 30-40 somethings.

Great experience for renting my kids first suit. Great service, they took the time to make sure everything was exactly the way he wanted it. We had picked out the look online and they took every measurement needed, and even made sure the price matched what we expected. I would absolutely recommend, and will definitely return the next time the need arises. Thank You!!!

Went in today to get my husband a new suit. He was absolutely dreading the experience. Lee made it such a nice experience though! He was so encouraging while not being pushy and overall made the experience too enjoyable for my husband. Thanks to Lee from a very happy wife!

Getting my first suit ever from this place, just got it sized today for the alterations, can't wait to see how it turns out! Caleb was very helpful and awesome dude! I've no clue what I need for a suit (being I've never had one) so it was great having someone to help me out, and he seems cool in general.
