Boy oh boy! Should be called dum dum auto parts!! 5 prefilled cans of paint with NO nozzles???? Lol dum dums.. I must admit the regional manager is spot on!! And did get us nozzles!! So thank you. Yet we won't come back!!!

NAPA is my go-to for parts that are hard to find. The customer service is great. One of their employees, Hunter, has been especially helpful to me in finding odd parts for my Bobcat. He is friendly, intelligent and just all around good at his job.

Went there on a wet snow, rainy and windy day to get wiper blades. Purchased there brand and attempted to install not very easy as went thru 2 people that work there then another came out and had installed in about a minute. Thanks to him the wipers worked great on drive back north in same weather conditions

I like the store just that the kid that helped me was certain he knew what light bulb a Hyundai sonata took so he walked right over to the bulbs grabbed it and gave me the wrong bulb I had to bring back

Love it, love it, love it! I used to go to any old car shop, but after coming to NAPA, I know I'll never go anywhere else. I was helped by a young man named Kent while browsing various parts, and I can confidently say he was fantastic. I can also say that each and every NAPA worker I've conversed with has given me nothing but kindness. In fact, due to their quick work and friendly environment, my own fiance has decided to go into the automotive business. If I could give this shop twice as many stars I would!

Wonderful experience! Not only did they double check to make sure it was the right bulb but when it wasn't correct they exchanged for correct bulb no problem. Also the person helping us installed bulb, made sure it worked and put it back in running order. Very pleased at the willingness to help and marking sure everything was fixed correctly. I wish I would have gotten the guys name to recommend him for everyone!
