T-mobile's Home Internet service is awful. The meter on my monthly charges started immediately, and not when I activated the device so was charged for two weeks of zero service. That turned out to be better network experience. Constant weird outages with router reboots needed several times a week. Multiple service calls with "experts" have done nothing to remedy the situation. One told me it wasn't going to get better because it was "congestion" problem. So their network might just be disappointingly bad. or something else. If you need reliable internet service for work, T-mobile may lead you to losing your job. Awful experience from stem to stern.

Great service and great customer representatives to help with a problem. They are very educated on their phones and the actual T-Mobile service. Only problem is taken only spend so much time with each person especially if the lobby is packed with people waiting their turn.

I went in with a pretty simple, but frustrating, problem with my bill. I was told it would be an hour wait, but ok. They took my number and I went and ran some errands and had lunch. When I hadn't heard back, I went back to the store. No one greeted me, but I get that, I worked retail for many years and they were busy. Finally someone came and asked what I needed and I said that no one had checked on me but I wanted to see how much longer the wait was. He asked if I was Claire and I said yes, and he said he had called me 45 minutes ago "a bunch of times." I said I didn't miss any calls and he insisted he called the number I gave them. Now obviously I know my own phone number, and mistakes happen. But instead of apologizing he kept saying he called me, like it was my fault. Now I am about 9 months pregnant, and I get emotional very easily, and I was really taken aback by how rude this guy was. So I said he must've had the number wrong, but he said no he called me. And he said he wasn't going to help me if I was "going to get emotional" which I was trying hard not to. And while I regret the name I called him as I left, I was extremely surprised that he was so rude when I really just wanted to move on and get help. So if you want to buy something this place is probably as fine as any other, but don't expect any help that doesn't get these guys a commission. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The customer service rep (CSR) was helpful but 1) the music is annoyingly loud (and the CSR said they were unable to control it) and 2) when I asked about deleting a line, I was told to call and speak with a CSR. Duh. I'm speaking to a live CSR.

The person who helped 45 stars. The loud music with cuss words very annoying. Talked to the sales representative about it. He stated they have no control over the music. This needs to be addressed

THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!! Was sent to the store by T-mobile customer care representative with an appt time at 2pm and was told they couldn’t assist me because I did not have an appointment after 30 minutes of waiting the manager Alex Gonzalez spoke over me and told me there was nothing he can do for me because I didn’t have Apple care, he never looked in his system until I requested he did so to find that I indeed had Apple care and was still within my warranty. He told me I would need to reach out to Apple in regards because that’s something he don’t do! I informed him that I pay t mobile monthly for the service and he should be the one to reach out to Apple. Left frustrated and very upset. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THAT T MOBILE STORE AGAIN

Placed an order online, and did store pick up at this location. They were very professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions and them some. Would definately drive out of the way to this location.

I went in today to upgrade my phone and was in and out within 45 minutes max. Joey was so helpful and friendly. He made the upgrade process so easy. I was incredibly pleased with my visit to this store!
