I came in mid afternoon and had a specific idea on what I wanted. I wanted aftermarket wheels and tires but I didn't want to have to lift my truck or have to cut or trim anything in order to achieve the look I wanted. They were able to meet all my needs, same day. Got a great looking setup on my truck and all staff members were great to deal with. Wheels and tires look great on the truck. I have a more aggressive tire for winter and a spot on stance. Very slight offset that gives my truck a very tasteful look. Will be doing more business with them.

very helpful when it came to putting a logo on the side of my work cargo trailer. I wanted big letters and numbers and they recommended a wrap and I went with it and it has been the best advertising thumbs up to this place and I highly recommend it. I will be back as soon as its time to wrap the next trailer

I wish they would have called and told me they were unable to do a quality job based on the kind of speaker purchased prior to installing. I purchased my speaker on my own and just needed an install. I understand they did the best they could given I provided the speaker however it looks awful and screws fell out. Speaker was sliding around my trunk. Underbody kit they did good and I had purchased it elsewhere too. Better communication about what product you purchased prior etc if not purchasing from them.

I came in the first time ten minutes prior to close, wasn’t my designated Intoxalock service center. After getting a work order for the recalibration I needed my handheld replaced once we started the recalibration. They were already busy and to add to it with my hassle it was passed close. Honestly they didn’t even have to help me in my eyes. I switched this to my service center and have been coming ever since. Ownership takes care of customers. They have all the speaker and accessories you could need, plus some rims and they do wraps 🔥

I have had multiple builds and I was very pleased each time. The staff is Knowledgeable, personable and detailed at ensuring the product install is done correctly. They take the appropriate time necessary to make sure it’s done right. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant experience. I got four 3” speakers & a marine amp installed on my Hyabusa, it sounds great. I just wished that I waited for marine speakers to arrive, but I was impatient, no knock on Custom Audio.

Walked in they answered a few of my questions. I picked new stereo out and asked when he could install. Had everything in stock, i walked out an hour later with upgraded stereo installed. I will do more business in the future
