We were pleasantly surprised by the service and selection at this OfficeMax, office Depot location. The office store has a full line of printing, mailing, and office services including lamination. It is located within a strip mall so parking is abundant and easy. We visited specifically looking forward desks and office chairs and found the selection quite good. The most comfortable office chairs that they sell are the Serta brand chairs and they will run you upwards of $300 to $700. Definitely focus on these if you're looking, they are markedly more comfortable than their competitors. They carry close to two dozen different models of chairs to try out. The desk selection is also very good. They have well over a dozen different styles from traditional to modern, including L-shaped styles. They are reasonably priced, nothing I saw was over $1,000. As you would expect, they also carry office supplies like printers, electronics and accessories, some basic office packaged food items, binders, paper and the like. The store is very clean and well maintained. If you need office supplies, there is almost nothing that this store doesn't have. I can't speak to their return policy, which I've seen some complaints about, but other than that, this location is top notch!

Transferred and printed important docs at Office Max and found the process to be stream lined. Service and responsiveness was great as well. In comparison and for the same services, I had an unsatisfactory experience with Office Depot in Zona Rosa. Their document transfer procedure was complex, clunky - at the self-service printer. Same company, different experiences.

My experience with OfficeMax has been excellent ! The clerks have gone out of their way to find each item I need to make cards for birthdays and anniversaries for residents in the Cooperative for residents 62 an older where I reside.

Came in to print some custom invitations off a flash drive and the process was extremely easy and the associate was friendly and helpful. The experience was better than trying to do it myself online and hoping they’d turn out okay.

I bought a laptop and it turned into a customer service nightmare. If an item has a manufacturer defect they will tell you that it is the manufacturer's responsibility. The manufacturer Lenova is also a nightmare. You may need blood pressure medication by the time you're done dealing with these people. 💊 💊
