I had a very poor experience with my rental from Mens wearhouse. When I was initially fitted for my rental, no measurements were taken. I was just handed items to try on and told everything looked good. On the day I picked up my rental, the gentleman helping me was very nice, but I noticed that everything was pretty baggy on me and told him. Another worker came over and said “everything looks fine” and gave me suspenders to help keep my pants up because they didn’t even fit my waist. I wish I hadn’t taken their word for it when they told me everything fit because on the day of the wedding I realized my tux did not fit at all. I was told it looked like I was “wearing my dads tux”. It fit poorly and I was not the only groomsmen in my wedding party to have issues with Mens wearhouse. When I returned my rental I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because it was past the event date. I was also told that the reason why my tux was so baggy was because it was a rental and “that’s how rentals are”. I have rented tuxedos in the past elsewhere and have never had an issue with its fit like the one I rented from Mens wearhouse. The amount of money I had to spend on this rental to look sloppy for my friends wedding is ridiculous, and I’ll be sure to not come back here again for another wedding

Right out of college I needed a suit for interviewing. The associate got lippy because I was inspecting the buttons and seams, then refused to take either a check or a debit card. Insisted on cash. Then when I came to pick up the suit ignored me and helped 2 other people that walked in after me. Fast forward 30 years and I see their customer service hasn't changed. They get some snotty people working for them every now and then and eventually they get rid of them, but they need to train their people to be helpful. I blame management for not paying attention to their training and how they treat customers.

Friendly and knowledgable staff and what I considered to be a good range in both selection and pricing. Got some tailored pants as well and they seem to have come out perfect. Only need the pants for this occasion but will likely return for the matching suit jacket at another time.

ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Used them for a recent wedding and every groom paid a different price and the manager was so rude. The manager was speaking horrible to the sweet seamstress who works there. It was embarrassing. We had multiple people who were completely sized incorrectly and the managers excuse was that there was nothing else they can do. The groom gets ONE wedding. And they could care less.

Good prices and selection, but absolutely horrid sales people. They had zero interest in what we wanted and insisted on a size my husband completely didn't like. I didn't understand why they didn't want him to buy what made him happy... not them. Will not return.

The staff is phenomenal. They're always engaging, welcoming, professional, never a bad experience. Answers all of my dumb questions without as much of an eye roll. Pricing, holy schmokes. A wedding rental no matter what size, was almost $300. To buy, $800. 👀😳 When I bought suits there, I bought two for $300. A few years ago. Groom, discuss with everyone. That hit between the eyes a bit.

We have had the best experience ever at the St. Peters location. Manager Drew is top notch. He goes above and beyond. He definitely cares how his customers feels and looks. My Daughter's wedding will be a success because of their prompt and speedy service. We ordered the men's suits for purchase on Black Friday 2020. Since then my Husband has had Quadruple Bypass and lost a lot of weight. My Son had also lost a lot of weight and they both needed different sizes. Drew walked us through the process of getting the correct sizes. He has been amazing through the whole process. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you Drew for everything. You have been a God send. My Daughter is so happy with everything. Thank you..

My boyfriend and I ran (I mean RAN, 20 minutes before close) to Men’s Wearhouse last night because we have a wedding to attend and he left his dress clothes at the dry cleaners on a holiday weekend (we don’t need to talk about it). Sean’s customer service was AMAZING. He chose an entire outfit specific to the event, got my boyfriend in and out of the dressing room faster than I’ve ever seen, and made him feel so comfortable and excited about his new outfit. His helped turned our entire attitude and night around. Thank you so much to Sean! Someone give this guy a raise.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Milki! We walked in close to closing, not really knowing size or exactly what we were looking for for our small elopement we have planned. We were also on a very short timeline and needed a suit and alterations in less than a month. Milki was able to find a nested suit quickly for us in a size we totally didn't expect. The alterations were perfect and done in less than two weeks. And everything was super reasonable! Much less than we thought we were going to have to spend! Milki was super personable, engaging, and helpful, and I'll definitely recommend you all for any of my clients looking for suits and tuxes as well!
