Went in yesterday to exchange some jeans and Taylor helped me go through 10 different pairs to find the ones that fit me the best and then she brought over a little brown jacket and put together an outfit that I absolutely love but would’ve never put together myself. I bought it and I’ve already gotten 6 compliments on it. Taylor, thank you so much for your help yesterday! I will definitely be back to see you!

I love the clothes my closet looks like a Buckle store. The jeans may seem pricey but they last longer then any jeans I’ve purchased. Taylor is my girl and she is always there to help me with my needs even on her day off.

TAYLOR and her Team at Buckle Mid Rivers are the best! When I walk in , they stop whatever they are doing to help me find my “must haves “! I love my Buckle store and the service is nothing less than top notch! They treat me and my girls like family! I honestly don’t know what i’d do without them! Clothes are cute but not worth the price. The staff is nice except the manager who is kinda snotty and disrespectful to her staff in front of customers. They do not treat mature people the same as young people. Would never work there again or shop.I can’t force products on customers or lie to customers for a sale……it’s wrong.

Love the clothes... I don't understand why they have to be up your butt the whole time I'm there. I would shop more if I didn't get haggled by the workers. I feel like I'm shopping for a car and have to deal with a pushy car salesman.

My shopping experience here was awful. Now I went in for a t shirt for a concert I was attending tht evening. I explained that to the store associate who was very helpful but didnt quite understand my style. However, she did help me find a shirt and some cool accessories. But when it came time to check out and she was going to check me out, I guess to get credit for her sale, the manager scolded her and ordered her back onto the floor. When he whispered to the friend he had already on the register that she would in fact get credit for all her sales tht day. I found that very shady and inappropriate to do in front of customers. Then he went on to be very snotty abt my rewards points & additional discounts I was eligible for but he was so rude and said I would only get them if I was a member,which I was, but when the associate tht helped me was explaining what she had already told me, he got really nasty. Sad part, the shirt was too big so I returned it the same day. But rather than deal with his attitude, I went to the Galleria, where they were much nicer and customer friendly. I wont shop at this Buckle ever again and I love jeans.

I was lucky and got the manager on duty to help me. (Chris) I think. He had remembered me and actually picked out a top for me that was exactly my style. He also offered his services to alter my Jean's. I will keep coming back
