I typically do not give 5 star ratings simply because as with every other thing in life, there is always room for improvement. Having said that this is not just a 4 star, it is at least a 4.5 star rating. I went to the restaurant after church to grab lunch to take home to the family because I was feeling lazy and didn't want to cook. When I walked up to the counter with my coupon for a family bundle, the lady at the cash register kind of smiled nervously and said "oh they are gonna love this" she then nervously laughed and stated that they were very short staffed but would get it out as soon as they could. I told her not to worry at all, I was fine and in no hurry. Let me just say, every single one of these workers were putting forth 100% effort to not only take care of the folks inside but also the packed drive through AND on top of all that the dining room was clean.....great job BK Union crew, you guys were rocking it and with all of that still smiling and being just overall fantastic. Just wanted to let you all know your efforts did not go unnoticed, in case no one else tells you.

Great croissant sandwich. I got water, and watching my daughter and husband trying to drink their coffee...they dumped it out when they got outside. Otherwise friendly,& clean.

This location os my favorite one. Friendly staff and always very clean. I've been to so many burger kings that were dirty and seemed unkepted.

Girl who was taking our order was definitely not paying attention 🙄 but we got what we ordered (somehow) did have to wait about 5 min in the pull around spot. But overall it was pretty good.

My fiance placed two mobile orders, and all of our burgers were wrong. Mine was missing condiments, his were missing cheese and condiments but was loaded with onions fries were super old and stale. And all this after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive through line. Unacceptable.

This location had a sign on the drive up window that said they were short staffed and they were trying their best. This is obviously a common problem but they addressed it and I still got out of the drive thru with my kids order in 10 minutes. This restaurant is very new and nicely decorated! They even have a game area for the kids! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that we have a nice affordable restaurant in our area! I use my mobile coupons regularly and they let me use more than one. I haven't had a burger, that I was unsatisfied with yet and their fries beat McDonald's all day long! 😁
