Man some of these reviews are tough. Maybe more pointed at USPS as a whole instead of this location. Well in regards to the location and my experience, I think they are great. They are friendly and efficient. I come a few times a month and have never had a bad experience. The low reviews kind of baffle me

Someone in the post office opened up my sons birthday card today that had $52 dollars in it, it was ripped open and placed in mailbox. This post office has lost several pieces of my mail or puts my neighbors mail in with mine at times. Vice Versa. Also other neighbors have had their mail opened and money taken out so it is coming from Wentzville Post Office. The manager lady was super defensive when asking about missing mail and money taken out. She will talk over you and become argumentative. Also if your trash can that is suppose to be left out for pick up is sitting by your trash can, the post office will skip you for mail that day.

Nothing that passes through this location will get scanned for tracking. I've sent multiple packages from here within the last few months and none of them get scanned in.

I would like to know why we haven't received mail in 4 days . I can understand 2 days because of snow but the last 2 days there is no excuse. I heard excuses they can't reach the mailbox they won't deliver that's on Wentzville street dept. We pay more taxes in Wentzville than any other city Wentzville postal service needs to deliver people mail no excused. There use to be a saying we deliver mail rain,snow sleet or hale. Those days are long gone apparently.

The Wentzville location is quite efficient and has easy access. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. It was a breath of fresh air compared to most businesses. This is my new go-to place for all my postal needs.

Physically handed a package to a postal worker in the building at the drop off door. It has been 3 days and it still hasn't been scanned in as received. I've called twice. The greeting tells me the next available operator will pick up. Rings for more than 3 minuets then goes to a busy signal and then hangs up. I understand that delivery is behind, and empathetic. I don't understand not scanning it in when you physically have it in your hands. I'm not pushing to get it delivered quickly, I just want to know you have it, that you acknowledge you have it, and I and the receiver can track it. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone too.

If there were a negative star rating, that's what I would have given. The "manager" of the Wentzville PO, Jeff, is completely useless and could care less about any of the residents mail. So often our mail is lost or brought to us by a neighbor- When calling Wentzville's PO about it, they claim no responsibility, and per Jeff, "There's nothing I can do- We have no way of tracking mail". Seriously, whatever salary he makes, it's way too much!

I have used Wentzville post office for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with staff nor have I ever had any issues with packages sent or received

We are having a terrible time getting our mail delivered. They lost 3 of my paychecks, a package was loaded on the truck and then lost by the carrier, a return receipt requested letter not delivered or even attempted, an insurance policy not delivered. This is only a few things that have happened since moving to Prospect Lakes in the last year. I know they have a lot going on and things can occasionally happen. But these issues are occurring so often and no action to remediate, that we are beyond frustrated and concerned for the welfare of our business clients since we operate our insurance business out of our home. I just wish there was some way to make this PO take better care of such an important issue.
