I visited Elisa Ilana last October for a gift for my girlfriend, I got her a necklace. I was treated like family & had the best jewelry shopping experience in my life here! Will be back soon before Christmas for a charm bracelet. In my future I will be purchasing engagement, wedding rings here too! Great prices, amazing owners. Came in the store a few months ago to find gifts for my mom and sister. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. All of the jewelry was absolutely beautiful. They found the pieces I was looking for and gift packaged everything individually to make my gift giving as easy as possible. The look on my mom and sister’s face when they opened their gifts was amazing and I thank the wonderful family who owns this store for helping me.

Adam was fantastic!!! He helped me put together a very special memorial bracelet for my good friend who had lost her father. Adam also took a bracelet I inherited from my mother that was too big for me resized it and made me the most beautiful earrings! So whether you are looking for something new to wear or you need something repaired this is the place to go!

I stumbled upon Elisa Ilana Jewelry last year, while searching for a Pandora Bracelet for my wife. So far, I have not been disappointed. Today, I stopped by to purchase an Anniversary Charm, and inquired about a Breast Cancer Charm. They did not have one available, but that didn't stop Adam from putting one together. My wife loved both charms and they will make an excellent additionto her bracelet. This is type of customer service that I look for in a business... And they have earned my business for a long time. I encourage you to stop by and experience for yourselves.

I went in on Saturday morning to purchase 2 Pandora bracelets for some very dear friends of mine. I got a them the charm that says Friends are the family you choose. I parked my car and there was a gentleman coming in the store as well. He held the door open for me and walked a couple steps into the store turned to me and said "how can I help you today?" I was like wow this person just walked in the door hadn't even had a chance to see what was happening and he already was focused on the people in the store to help. I told him what I was looking for from Pandora and he showed me the bracelets and I chose the silver with the heart clasp for both friends. Then I asked about the puzzle piece friends charm and he showed me what it looked like but it just didn't seem to hit me so I asked about one he showed me on the iPad. It said friends are the family you choose. You could read the writing perfectly and the detail around the circle was beautiful. I chose that one. He tried to explain to me that I needed something for myself and while I have my eye on a charm it just wasn't the right time for me. He boxed everything up in nice boxes and put them in bags with tissue paper and even added a bow to each package. He asked for all my information for receipt and after I paid he handed me the boxes and said that it was a pleasure to have me in the store. I've been to stores before and purchased things but there is something special about that store. They really listen to what you want and help you find everything you need. I will be back for my charm soon!! Thank you for everything!!!

I was looking for a special birthday gift and didn't see anything that caught my eye. Adam talked to me about what I was looking for, showed me some beads and sketched a concept on paper and created the perfect pieces. I was impressed by his willingness to keep trying until we had a plan that left me feeling so excited. His willingness to expedite my custom pieces seemed almost too good to be true but the bracelets far exceeded my expectations. I purchased a ring online and sent it back to get a smaller size over a month ago (early June) and I haven't heard back! I have reached out over 5 times with no response back. I had to pay additional money to send it back and was going to get charged to get the new size as well. Thank you for your response and for letting me know. I would have appreciated if someone had let me know that the ring was on back order instead of not responding. I look forward to receiving the shipment.
