Went to buy a Big Gulp they said it was $2.19, I said you can get these all over town for .59 and .99. Was told we are not like other 711s. When I said I didn't want it cashier said "OK I'll drink it", not very professional.

No points program.??!.. This franchise is not involved in the points program...! The owner's so poor they can't afford to pay out the points their corporation offers.! He is stealing the advertising of the corporation and not offering the specials... The owner of this 7-11 is a thief. Franchise owner thief!!!!

Don't shop at this store they price gouge really bad. They want 299 for a 16 oz Pepsi can. all the other stores in the surrounding area or a lot cheaper.

at first it took an hour before I called the help store and then I waited another 20 min. before it said it was delivered. it wasn't. called to cancel the order then the guy showed up with the wrong flavor slurpees? allergic to cherry flavoring (the odds) and I got two cherry slurpees instead of blue raspberry.

Worst 711 I've ever been to. Lady doesn't speak very good English and as I walk in with my bottle for ice she started yelling at me that I can't fill my bottle with soda. I tried explaining that I was only getting ice and she said she was going to charge me for it. I planned on getting more items but she continued to yell at me like a child, so I just left with a fountain drink. I told she she was very rude and she says thanks for the compliment." Sorry staffing is so short to not have a nicer person to work there.

I have been using my 7-11 wallet app when paying at another store, but the cashier would argue with me that I can't pay with the app at this specific store. I even showed her that she only needed to scan the barcode. And she embarrassed me in front of many people like I don't know what I'm saying. Please educate or train your associates with your new technology. I understand she's old, but she needs to adapt to new payment methods.

Everytime except for 1 time they gave me some excuse why they cannot let me add money onto my bank card and when the bank app tells you to go there it can be very frustrating! Hopefully this saves some people the time and effort. Just go somewhere else. Also doesn't help that employees are rude about it as well.

The 7/11 experience was ok untill I finally made it to the register and found I was getting charged an extra .40 cents according to the sale signage on the soda shelf . The coke products read 2 bottles of coke for $3.33 + tax ? When I got to the counter the cashier told me my total was $4.00 are they supposed to charge tax on food if so wouldn't it be somewhere in the range of $.27 cents . 3.33 + $.27= $3.60 ,why am I being charged a extra $.40 cents ? Do they do this to everyone . I explained my discrepancy first to the cashier ,who didn't get it and wanted to argue and then to the manager who wouldn't make things right nor would she take down the false advertising . I know its only $.40 cents but its not that its the point of having a terrible 7/11 experience and not being satisfied whith the poor if not the lack there of customer service . If this happensto everyone just think 375 plus customers a day , you do the math .

I work across the streets on S Eastern and Flamigo, I stopped by one to work to get a slurpee, I'm allergic to paper cup so I've been allowed to put in a plastic. However the cashier didnt honor it so he asked the store manager and she told him to uocharge it but he scanned my rewards barcode, which it was suppose to be free, plus charged me full price for the slurpee, I told him the 800 points came off and he charged me full price! He told the manager to "come handle this" which shes always mean and unpleasant, she approached the counter and began to yell at me swinging her arms back n forth in front of a line of customers, telling me she cant do anything about it, I left the slurpee on the counter and walked out. She told me to call cooperate. When I came into the store , she never answered when I needed her at the fountain, she looked and turned and went into a back room. Shes always rude, very rude! Please find a compatent manager!
