Thank you so much! This evening a nice (tall) gentleman helped put the head lamp in to my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. It was around 7:30 pm Friday May 27, 2022. It was going to be dark soon and I didn’t want to drive around with one head light. He took the (time) to help get the job done. So five stars.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My mom is disabled and was stranded in this Autozone’s parking lot in cold rain. I live out of state and advised her to call the store to see about someone coming out to help her. She called around 730p and was advised it would be a few minutes. 30min pass when she called me again as no one came out. She informed me that she had called AAA. I told her to call again and she did, 10 min pass, still no one came out so she went inside. She was told it would be a minute they’re busy that someone had come out 2x, however she never saw them come out. She understood and is much more patient then I. While she was being talked to about pricing on a battery, AAA called her said they were minutes away and could sell and install the battery for her for much less then Autozone and even test her alternator. So here we are with a lesson for you Autozone, be kinder to you customers, provide better customer service this way you won’t have to be out shined and schooled by a customer being rescued and assisted in YOUR parking lot by AAA!!!!!

I have made multiple attempts to get through to their "help services" and not a single return from them. I went back just to pick the man out for his name tag. Ryan B and some short round blonde woman were present when the poor guy got treated terribly. With Ryan verbally attacking that customer and the coworker standing there watching him do it. Worthless company if they won't do anything. Don't shop here. Ever.

As a fairly long term customer, on a COMMERCIAL account very displeased. Never updating inventory, always excuses for ridiculous delivery waits and defective parts are a regular occurrence. Management over there is A+

Every employee I talk to at this AutoZone seems to have an additude it's crazy they told me my part I ordered would be there the next day and four business days later still haven't heard a word from them, so I called and the kid who answers can't even find my order. Now I have to go there in person and chances are they still won't have my part I need. I wouldn't even be so mad if it wasn't for the horrible Customer service I get Everytime I walk in there.
