Employee was very rude on the phone not friendly what so ever. Your job is to make sales for the company and initially how you interact with a customer is the start of a sale.. I had a simple question and was planning to come in for a new device but the interaction was terrible he made it sound like I was a bother to him. He also told me the phone I asked for was not in stock so I had my fiance call and ask later in the day and it in fact was in stock? this was around 1030-11am today I just went to a different t-mobile out the way for the phone to avoid dealing with him.

I literally just left out of this T-Mobile store. The customer service by the store manager himself was absolute trash. He mumbled a fake greeting to me. He looked like he was so concerned with his inventory. Someone else had to come from the back to help me. The store manager didn't even provide me with an exit greeting on the way out. I will NEVER visit this store again. Absolutely terrible!

They were amazing all of the employees today went above and beyond will update later with names I drove out of the way to one that was far away from my home since the one in Howell all the employees would t take the time to help with my needs 4 different times I went in to get help except the assist manager the last time I went in he was wonderful so went to the one in Marlboro NJ on route 9 and spent LOTS of money with people that actively went above a d beyond every single one that was there today helped in different ways amazing

A little late reviewing my experience cuz I’ve been so busy but just wanna give some recognition to this location always get great courteous service. Went in for a screen protector guys were cool enough to put on for me cuz I can never get it right. I apologize but I don’t remember names. Any way thanks again love T-Mobile

To me I kind of thought this was a yuppie place. Like most restaurants by the time you get enough pepper out of the pepper shaker your food is cold. Had breakfast one slice of toast was kind of chintzy. They serve ketchup in a little cup kind of hard to put on the home fries nicely but the food was good, home fries were well-done and Crisp Like I like them, bacon was kind of tough and chewy rather than crisp. It was busy at 11 AM short wait for breakfast, service was good and fast. Friendly staff. I guess I would go back.

The service here was great. The salesmen took the time to make sure everything was ok. They took the time to make sure we understood all the details of the contract. Friendly service, hope they keep up the good work and they are successful. Check them out!
