Lack of experience and overworked workers. Won't ever go to this location nor will I recommend. All my information and pictures were supposed to get transferred to new phone. Spent a total of 8hrs in store, nothing got transferred as told and promised. Everything got deleted. MORE EXPERIENCE NEEDED

I expect Tmobile stores to be bad and am hesitant to write bad reviews because stuff happens. But this one is the worst! It seems Tmobile doesn't train or pay their employees enough to care. Went to pick up a warranty phone, they just had to transfer my data over from the old one. They didn't know how. The girl helping me kept asking her coworker for help and he was busy with 4 other customers. Tons of people waiting. All in all I lost 3 hours of my time and years of photos and text messages. Wish I never went. Would have been better off with a broken phone but still have my photos.

My wife and I are truly grateful for Carlos at the T mobile location in Hackensack. He is a true customer service rockstar. Carlos quickly enabled my new home internet device, connected me with Netflicks, AppleTV, and Paramount TV+ …. Wow!!!!! Carlos then checked my billing and rebates and found my promotions weren’t in effect. He offered solutions where I called 611 and magically all issues resolved. Make Carlos your next promotion as you’ll be hard-pressed to find anyone more knowledgeable or more empathetically customer focused. We’ll be back to see Carlos for all additional phones, watches and accessories. Great job Carlos!

Friday June 8th I went to this T-Mobile store and I’ll never go back there again however girl who helped me she was from another store she did good job the manager there wendys she the worse she is racist and took picture of me and my boyfriend because my boyfriend black and I was Spanish , while I was waiting to add line my boyfriends was looking at phones she then proceeded stand over him as if he was going steal phone since we walked in the door she false accused both of then she didn’t know I knew Spanish she whispered in her employees hear to watch us mind was we normal like any other Custmer that would come in there look at phone prior to coming there was two young boys she was doing it and there way black T-Mobile needs do somthing about her ,she then keep taking pictures of us sending it in group text like nothing we doing was wrong all I came for was a watch and add line and ending up geting WiFi because lady who was helping me offer it , she then keep looking like it was probablm my boyfriend then goes out to smoke cigarettes the emylee kasiy says to wendy in Spanish oo what the black want the one who touching all the phone and then outside standing smoking cigarettes mind you they saw walk in togther and why use those words thinking no one knew what you guys where talking , she made me so uncomfortable and if I didn’t really need phone that day I would went to T-Mobile where there friendly and want work and welcome people to there store I’ve been to T-Mobile and never experience something so rude then I was given my phone it didn’t work because sim or somthing didn’t work so I went back later on Enrique told me the girl who helped me left for day so I said can you call manger he then go gets her manager sees it me she says she can’t help me she leaving she couldn’t take 5 min of her time fix SIM card that error on there end I then had to wait I step outside for min and kasiy lady again goes say somthing to Enrique has I open the door she stops talking she rude and the manger there is rude and she going be reason why no one goes there because she is a racist and she doesn’t even know what she doing if she wasn’t so worried about someone who had no intentions of stealing I wouldn’t of been there longer I was there longer because nothing they was scanning was not in there inventory T-Mobile needs know what type of employees they have because them two will make you run out of business , Enrique and the girl who helped me from jesery city store knew how helped people and they should be recognized there’s service was what you called Servcie and if I ever had car I would go all way jesery city because I know they willing to help not like the other two works there I spent 180 there and I was been interrogating because of people skin color

I have been to many T-mobile locations and this one is by far the best T-mobile I have ever been to, and that is all because of Marcela Ortiz. I went into the store with a complicated issue regarding my trade in and promotion, and Marcela went above and beyond to assist me. She was honest, answered all my questions, and did everything she could to help me. In the end, it was due to her exceptional service that my issue was resolved, and my stress was lifted. Marcela was absolutely phenomenal, she was the most extraordinary t-mobile employee I have ever come across. She was attentive, respectful, patient, and overall just a great employee. She is the sweetest and honestly deserves a raise. I wish I can thank her again! It is because of HER and her help only, that I will remain a T-mobile customer. If anyone needs any help with any T-mobile issue I 100% recommend going to this location and visiting Marcela.

Great staff at this location. Andres was very helpful with my initial questions. This after he dealt with a very rude and disrespectful customer. Karina was very helpful with my daughters upgrade and was patient as the process took a little while. Would shop here again.

Amazing people at this location!! The manager was so helpful. I went to get a new phone and I am so happy with my new iPhone 12!! Great vibes. Nicolas was fantastic, fluent in English and Spanish, helped me back up all my stuff from the older iPhone to the new one in a blink of an eye. Love this my phone, definitely I recommend to customers in Hackensack and beyond. And Thank you for the flashlight!!!!!

Manager Marcella was amazing! She helped me with my accounts at the same time helped her employees assist other clients in the store. Even though she was multitasking I still felt like her priority. Marcella and her team provided great customer service!
