There is nothing I dread more than having to deal with this CVS. I go there expecting them to screw something up because it happens so frequently. And then you wait. Last time I spent 10 minutes in the pickup line and over 2 hours in the actual store because they “lost” my prescription. And forget about calling. They just do not pick up or you’ll wait forever and have to end up going there - and waiting. If anyone knows if there’s an alternative pharmacy that takes CVS prescription plan, please let me know.

This place isn't even worthy of a zero star rating. If only there was an option for negative stars. By far the most incompetent pharmacy staff ive ever encountered in my life. Every single medication I need takes them at least 2-3 weeks to process. If they process 1 script they won't process the second one. Every single visit with them they have staff walking around in the pharmacy and just let the phone ring. I'm currently on the phone with these lazy people since 7pm and it's currently 7:32pm. Since they close at 8pm they WILL NOT answer the phone. Do yourself a favor a find another pharmacy. This place is nothing but a serious delay in treatment.

Best Pharmacy in the area! It is sad to see that all the people complaining below were never taught patience and are so demanding and bratty(even the old one ironically). Grow up lol. Also respect the pharmacy staff, they are the ones filling our prescriptions. Without them, we would not get our meds. If you don't like the way they treat you then go somewhere else. It is that simple.

If I could give them no stars I would. Everytime I go in, to pick up a prescription, there's an issue. I would recommend going somewhere else but I think, on the whole, CVS stopped caring about customer service.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent and unprofessional. The drive up guy always doesn’t want to help.. very rude and racist. Every time I am there it is a problem, because they don’t know what they are doing. The staff before was a lot nicer and willing to help. They lack skills and professionalism. I am in healthcare and it is ashamed to have have people like them in healthcare.

Was at cvs in howell rt 9 location on Monday evening around 7:30 pm and no cashier was at the checkout. Another customer and myself were calling out loud for help and assistance but not one employee showed up to checkout our purchases. So we both tossed our items to the counter and left the store and couldn't believe no one was willing to work or respond......will never go back to this store.

Like everyone said in past reviews if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would ! Don’t waste your time with them they never answer the phone, lady on phone was rude to me and told me calling on doctor line was unacceptable when all I wanted was a refill and couldn’t do so on app because they wouldn’t allow. On hold hours and even when I call back no one picks up! Terrible service and rude

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy ever, they don’t have their records in order. The pharmacist had no clue what she was talking about. I would never ever go here again or recommend that anyone should ever go here. They lose records and can’t keep them accurate. Even though we had the prescription bottle showing we were there in May, they said we weren’t there since April. Even with the proof they were rude and unprofessional not helpful and very poor service. They would of given the medication if we wanted to spend $500 but somehow after we showed an insurance card then we couldn’t get the medication Bc the script expired. However, if we would have paid $500 at the window when we first got there, we would of had no problem getting it. Makes no sense that after handing over an insurance card instead of money, they tell us that we couldn’t get the medicine. Before that when they thought there was no insurance and cash was being paid we would have been able to get it. How does that make any sense??? These people need to learn how to be helpful to customers and to gain common sense.

I usually find the staff very friendly and informative. Tonight I called the pharmacy at 12/19/20 at 5:30 pm. I was on hold for 10 minutes and I have no problem with that, however when the temp pharmacist Christina picked up the phone, I told her my name she stated I AM NOT HELPING YOU and hung up on me. I spoke to store manager and he was help ful and Informed me she was a temp pharmacist. Very inappropriate when she tells a heart patient that she won't help me with my medication
