Any CubeSmart locations I have been to the staff is truly amazing very helpful very well informed of their products their units the costing to rent a unit the safety precautions that they provide are amazing where are security cameras throughout the entire premises there is no hassle no issues when renting a storage unit from this company I definitely recommend if you need somewhere to store your property for a while this is definitely the business and company I highly recommend them and I will say this I am definitely recommended friends and family

Only giving a 1 star because 0 stars is not available. The worst customer service ever! They will increase your rate periodically and never inform you. They will force you to purchase insurance even if you tell them you don’t want it. They won’t call you back when you have an issue. The worst customer experience I have ever had. Not worth the money or frustration. I would NOT do business with CubeSmart in Morristown ever again.

This place is excellent and most importantly, easy to use. The signing up process is easy, moving in and visiting your unit is easy, and moving out is easy. Great prices and plenty of unit size choices. All units are ground level so it’s easily accessible with your car. Staff and the manager are super friendly people. I will definitely be using CubeSmart again in the future.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Emerald even suggested using my renter's insurance so that I didn't have to pay for the additional mandatory $12/month insurance that they provide. I felt like she was looking out for me the whole time.
