There’s a reason this branch has awful reviews. Just save your time and go somewhere else. Staff here are overwhelmed with their own problems. We had a terrible experience. And We also suspected there was a form of racial profiling by the manager or whoever that person is greeting at the door.

I tried to install eSIM and it takes forever that I wanted to just cancel this. My phone stop working (no phone calls/texts) since then. I brought my cell to other Verizon store and they told me I need to go to the "corporate store" that this location is one of them. I have to travel internationally so I was in panic that I had to fix my phone today. Calif at this store knew what he needed to take care of perfectly and dealt with it in order (work A should be done prior to get the work B done) and understood my urgency that he cared. Thank you so much!

It is next to impossible to make an appointment at this location. I have no idea why Verizon would close the store in Summit to push traffic to the mall where you can't get your problems resolved. The store in Summit was top quality and the staff was knowledgable and always helpful. Way to go Verizon. There are alot of other carriers to switch to.

Absolute scam. I never write bad reviews but I feel I need to warn others. I went into the store to get an upgrade for my phone. One of the reps who was nice helped me, and then offered to change my plan to a new bundle offer that can save me money on my monthly bill. My bill was lower for 1 month. After that it went up by $35 a month and it’s a contract for 30 months. I called customer service to remove that bundle, and they explained I will be charged an $800 if I remove that bundle. To dispute I have to go back to the store in person which I don’t have time to do right now. All completely BS and a scam. Avoid at all costs.

My family and I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, we have always had a terrible experience with multiple retailers/stores, till we discovered the Verizon store in Summit about 11 years ago since then the representation of Verizon has been great and service provided by the team in that location has been so welcoming. Today I was forced to visit this location after I had discovered Verizon has closed there doors in Summit. I honestly have no more patience with this company and I will be switching my carrier after 20 years. I highly believe Verizon should of closed this door down instead of Summit. Do better Verizon…… very disappointed

This was my first and last visit to this store it is a complete SCAM, making me add additional lines saying my bill will be cheaper when it really is not. How can I go about inquiring what happened to the store in Summit? I have been going to that store since it opened if they are not RE Opening I will have to consider another carrier, I am not happy at all with the team at Short Hills.

Please open the store in Summit again or hire those guys to operate this location because I refuse to come here and give my business to Verizon when the people here do not even care. I miss the guys in Summit, I have never felt so annoyed and irritated with inquiring about a phone like I did today.

Buyer beware they lie and say they are giving you promos and deals and don’t back it up. Cancelled our order without any explanation after we waited for 3 weeks for 3 phones. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. The customer service is the worst, like others said they kept saying “we don’t know what happened”, “we can’t get these phones for you” and “we can’t give you your Verizon’s points back….” Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for refund and then perhaps they can get us the phones as they asked us to return to store. I am ready to cancel all my services with Verizon.

It was our first time visiting this location and we had a great experience. Thomas the manager was super helpful and knowledgeable. We had to do multiple things and he was patient throughout the process. The team is friendly and can handle the level of customer service that was arriving during the peak hours.

Friendly staff but lacked inventory for me to swap my phone out with. Their virtual queue system also needs work as it kept bumping me.
