I don’t understand why there should be a line that extends to the outside of the post office and why there should only be one staff member working when there’s obviously too many customers to handle. Horrible experience and very rude if you even get up the the counter.

the manger is not really helpful for escalated issues. He is in charge of scheduling the passport applications, lunches and is in charge of dealing with escalated customers and lost mail. He doesn't seem concerned, caring, empathetic or helpful when any of these arise. It puts the employees in a bad situation. They take a lot of the heat and theres really nothing they can do

The line can back up when one of the employees goes on lunch. Its pretty simple, be understanding and receive great service. I really love the smiles I am greeted with! These people receive so much attitude from things out of their control. Please remember that they are following the rules and do not have control over scheduling.

There is a super rude and frustrated Indian woman who sits at the counter and never helps or even smiles!!!! Whatever be your issues.... Keep them at home!!! We all hv issues but at professional places we need to be pleasant. This place loses packages/never answers questions & one counter is always empty because someone went away on a never ending lunch break!! Never going to this rotten post office again... 📫

On patiencely waiting for turn for passport application the employee is calling out that we are late. What kind of service is this? After requesting several times, they just didn't want to attend passport application saying you have missed the appointment time. There were hardly 1 or 2 customers in queue, we were ready to wait, they could have easily accommodated but he just did not want to do it.

The Indian guy who delivers to the Whispering Woods development on Saturday is the absolute worst. I left my passport at my parents house and they mailed it back to me by certified letter, on the day it was supposed to be delivered I meet him at my box and he already a notice written out as if he had attempted to deliver it. I asked him where was the letter since he clearly hadn’t attempted to deliver it to me and he doesn’t speak English well but from what understood he said that my letter was still at the post office.So I drive to the post office and wait in line about 20 minutes only to be told that it’s not at the office and that guy had the letter with him.

The worst Post Office I have ever seen. All the workers are so rude and inefficient. Even the postal workers who delivers mail are so rude and obnoxious. The lady who delivers mail to our community is always yelling and looking to find faults. The worst experience we ever have.

I've been coming to this post office for over 17yrs. Not once have I had an issue with any of the employees. They have always been very attentive and polite.

Just visited the posted few moments. I dont know what the other customers experienced in the post office. But for me i just experienced the finest, courteous, politeness, willingness to help, professional and was greeted with a smile. Ms. Kaur was the rep who assisted me with my passport renewal process. Thank you for what you do and keep spreading the kindness to others.

Their service is horrible here… when me and my girlfriend moved into our new apartment we called to order our keys and it took over two months for the post office to get the keys ready.. let alone every staff employee is rude, unknowledgeable and slow. The second time I called to see if the lock on our mailbox had been changed and I was told by one of the post office employees that the locks were NOT changed because the mailman didn't think anyone had moved in… Who is he? And how does he know who lives in what apartment?!?!?! Save your time and energy and do NOT go to Monmouth junction post office That white lady that works in the front and mainly on Saturday forever chewing gum is the rudest employee working there.
