Hendrick’s has been a good service provided until today. Mr. Fred Hendricks decided to drop all customer service norms by mismanaging a delivery , to then proceed to curse at me when I said that we had had an arrangement. This company could use some common sense when dealing with customers, or perhaps it is time for Fred to take anger management classes. Cursing and insulting customers is never a good formula for growing a reputation and business. I will never deal with these people again. With that said I do want to thank the service employees that have always been pleasant. The “office” team is a deservice to the company.

Most recently with an emergency replacement we were able to work the supply chain challenges and get taken care of quickly. Great team.

We recently purchased a beautiful GE dryer from them and we are very pleased with it!! I started shopping around at your typical big stores for a new dryer and I wasn't thrilled with most of the stores especially the lack of customer care. I just happened to talk to a friend about shopping for a dryer and he said did you check with Fred or Jesse at Hendricks appliances? I totally forgot about them and went right over to check out some dryers. I talked with Fred and told him what my requirements and price range was. He showed me the perfect dryer and it was right in my price range & available within 2 days. Plus it was cheaper then ones at the big box stores ( same exact dryer ). They also delivered it, installed the new one and hauled away the old unit. They have excellent old school customer care and good prices!! They will personally fix their products if you need them to and come with a good warranty. This type of services can't be matched with most stores and we highly recommend them especially since they are a local small business owned by a nice local family!! Wanted to do mom & pop, but Mrs. G’s wasn’t a good experience; “nothing available, we done here?” attitude. Tried Best Buy, same disinterested salesperson experience. Had noticed Hendricks many times while biking, so brought the wife there. I thought she would balk, as it wasn’t the neatest of places, but she dove right in. We were greeted with a real “can do” attitude. We spoke of various options, availability, and dates. We were promised a proposal first thing Monday, and the e-mail was there promptly. After a few exchanges, CC info was supplied. Two weeks later, the appliances were being in installed by three very polite and engaging service guys. Over all, a terrific experience, with prices to match. I’d highly recommend Hendrick’s. You don’t stay in business for 120 years without gettin’er done.

We recently purchased a new Liebherr refrigerator , which was not inexpensive. Less than 7 month later we are having some problems which in itself is very disappointing, but more to our disdain is the discovery that Hendricks does not service the brand. After numerous attempts of leaving messages at Hendrick's for a call back, I was told to call another local service company. After contacting them they declined to service the unit due to high volume of work in their area. I called Hendricks back and they told me to call another national company but when called they were the same company that refused to take our initial service call. When pressed, that company said to call the Liebherr directly who is the manufacturer. I tried to call Hendricks back but again they didn't answer their phone. So enough of that. I'm moving on. I will never ever buy from Hendricks again nor recommend anyone else to buy from them. I don't blame them for the problem with the refrigerator - but they should have told me that they don't service them when I bought the unit. And when I reported the problem they could have helped me get to a final solution instead of just wishing me good luck. Any maybe they should answer their phones. There is only one way to run a successful company - by taking care of your customers , mostly when they have a problem. I feel betrayed.
