I have rented cars from this location several times. They are very pleasant to deal with and quite efficient. They get you in and out very quickly. Sasha did a particularly great and professional job in helping me with my rental. I would highly recommend.

Made reservation for car pick-up at the West New York location. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. All were eager to assist. Arevalo, Paolo and Xiomi provided outstanding customer service. As I walked it, I was greeted and asked for name.... and in less than 5 minutes I was outside and getting into the car. Process was smooth - very efficient. The same has to be said when I dropped off the car - promptly greeted and in less than 10 minutes, I was out the door. Very satisfied with the entire process.

I always choose Enterprise for my car rental needs. The auto selection is tops and they are more price friendly than their competitors. My local Enterprise is in West New York, NJ. The "A-Team" of Arevalo, Jairison, Paolo and Xiomi are second to none. Their exceptional, amiable service and clarity will not leave you with any questions of why they are the best!

Very scammy service received here at this enterprise location. Was told a car I would rent after a theft was $25 dollars a day, upon return I find out the car is $65 a day. Insurance will cover up to $50 a day and I asked this numerous times during the process. Was told the car was covered with room to spare to be completely covered by my $50 a day- with room for an extension. The total price should have been disclosed as $75 a day with $50 covered. This was NEVER expressed. This person lied to me! There’s really no other words to use to excuse this behavior. I explained how my car was in the shop and I expressed how it would take longer than necessary because of the holidays, the pandemic etc. I was duped into believing I was taken care of. Upon bringing the rental back, received horrible service where the person I rented from was both rude and as I was brought into the office to explain the misunderstanding the lights were turned off by the manager. After being invited into the office -Trying to explain what happened, in the pitch black of an office and being told we’re closed when the sign clearly says the office closes at 6 is both frightening and unnecessary. Tried to handle the situation again the next day to be told they would drop the fee to $55 plus tax which resulted in a personal bill of over $800! This facility, employees and managers need better training, need to learn how to communicate their prices more thoroughly and how to treat customers. I felt shamed and disrespected. The manager even said to me, “why would you think that car is $25, you should know better”! I don’t work at enterprise, am not the professional here! What disgusting behavior from A manager! If you plan on visiting this location, make sure you aren’t rushed though the process, and ask for physical paperwork as they use an iPad to rush you. I am contacting corporate to have them review camera footage of what happened in the office and the lights being turned off, the better business bureau and my lawyer as someone needs to be held accountable for this situation- as clearly the managers don’t know how to fix mistakes their employees make. I’m not one to write reviews but there’s no way I can let another day pass without letting everyone know to avoid this place at ALL COST!!! If the “manager” XIOMI is still at this place take your money somewhere else!! Her customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever come across. They must be short staffed because I have no idea how she was made a manager with such poor customer service skills. Another thing to keep in mind is don’t list a real phone number for your emergency contact because she will personally make it her duty to harass them and tell them they won’t be allowed to rent because of your balance. She won’t even try to hear you out she’ll just simply disregard everything you have to say and send you to collections and tell you to figure it out! Paul on the other hand whom is the assistant manager should be awarded her position because he knows exactly how to deal with customers!!! I’m sure I’m not the first person she’s dealt with so poorly & to say she lacks customer service skills is actually an understatement. She needs to go work for an animal shelter if she doesn’t like working with people!

We had a good experience with Enterprise from West New York. Corey Younger was very helpful, shared his knowledge and experitise since it was our first time renting a car from here through our Insurance Company. He was very nice, polite and answered all of our inquiries. I really appreciated the fact that he gave his "best" to clean the car even though it was very hot outside (over 90°) and the return procedure was very fast and practical 🙌
