I had no problem with the service advisor's professionalism and social skills however I had a problem with the work performed, an oil change for which I had an oil leak stemming from the newly installed Pennzoil oil filter. I lost one quart of oil. I was lucky to have my parking garage attendant notice it before my engine seized and was able to call Firestone to correct the same.

Don't make an appointment your appointment means nothing if they are "busy" you won't get any service..my question is why make an appointment??? For what? Complete auto car stupidity

I scheduled my car 3 times with Mavis and 2 times with Pep Boys for a wheel alignment with camber adjustment for my Bmw X5 and they couldn't fix it! I took another chance and scheduled with Firestone on Boston Rd and they corrected my alignment and camber without any problems! These guys are knowledgeable! Service is great! Lloyd is the MAN! Thank you 💜

They cheated me out of my money they made me pay for services that was not serviced first they diagnosed the problem then maybe pay for something that wasn't fixed

On any occasion where I've made my way to Firestone, it has cost me money - though money well spent! Every experience at this particular location has been thorough, efficient, and pleasant with a quick turnaround. You're able to book an appointment via the phone, for me sometimes even last minute, and literally drop off your car and go about your business. They're upfront and honest about your wait time. In all my visits, whether it were to replace my car battery, rotate my tires, fix my evap system, etc., this Firestone location has always come through; explaining the maintenance needed and/or the remedy to address the same, along with a cost analysis and the option for them to address the need or to take your vehicle elsewhere. These details and customer care are really a breath of fresh air. The current manager, who I learned is the youngest in U.S. company history to serve as of July 2022, is a gem! Very knowledgeable and personable young man. Get here if you're in the area and/or in need of car repair or maintenance.

I was charged $690 for air conditioning repairs/recharge, which didn't fix the problem. I returned and was now told that the compressor needed to be replaced, at an additional cost of approx. $800. I declined, and another shop for a leaking valve that Firestone had missed, and that there was nothing wrong with the compressor. I hardly ever leave reviews, but these people are either trying to rip people off, or are incompetent. Service: Air conditioning

I want to change my raditor so I went to check how much will cost me, he said he still have to order the parts and everything will cost me $650 tax not included!! Plus the guy in the receptionist was rude not answering me when I ask him questions while he playing with his phone... but I'm glad I didn't change my radiator with them cuz I changed my radiator with another mechanic denso orginal stuff for a fraction of the price these guys give me.

Place is a rip off!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WOMAN! Told them I was concerned as my newly purchased car had dried battery acid on it. They told me the saw a little residue and the battery and car was fine. Also charged me $27 to lie in my face. Well turns out the battery was not fine! Took it to another mechanic. And sure enough stated I should lot have received car with this battery condition. And this place wrong for lying to me ! Only gave 2 stars because they had a restroom.

Came in for a full set of tires, John was very helpful. You can set appointment or do a walk in and wait in line. If they don’t have the tires you need they can order most of them next day. Get the lifetime wheel alignment .. it’s 199$ , but worth every penny, you can get a alignment every 3 months for life ..it will help the tires last longer. The waiting area can use a update . In and out in 2 hours , 4 tires and wheel alignment.

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Genesis here for service my first time at this location for a wheel alignment was happy when I left .. professional staff and honest mechanics now 5 years down the line I'm here for my second visit for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis i recommend this place if your in the area or a little out the way trust it's worth your time and money....
