John's pedicure was terrific. Took his time, gave a great massage! Jodi did my dip powder nails. She took her time, she's a perfectionist so she made sure the nails were filed perfectly and all even. Loved the service. Definitely recommend! Services: Pedicure, Dip powder

"I love my nails.Friendly staff and great job done" Hello everyone, the above review and pictures you see here is for previous owners, a husband and wife and they were awesome in their job. I am changing this rating to 1 star now.I just went to this place again at 3rd week of june 2022 and find out the onwer have changed.She did a Pathetic job for my mom's nails. First she can't understand what I wanted and then I have to change the design totally so she can do a simple one. Then she messed up the shape of one nail and I asked her to fix it. Then she said that she is not going to fix it and will gona take out everything and we can go to somewhere else and that was after 3 hours. She kept saying that my mom's hands are big which is making it difficult. She also said " I think your mom never get her nails done before", Although my mom gets her nails done occasionally.I gave her the chance to change her statements and also said the previous owners were really good.She never apologized to what she said about my mom. Though she ended up fixing that nail. But definitely we were not happy with her service. I am not going to this place again. Rudest owner I have ever met. Negative star for her customer service and professionalism.

Elegant nails is the BEST! They actually care & put in so much effort. This is the first place I’ve been to in Orlando where they actually massage your legs during a pedicure. They take time to do your nails, are so kind, clean and funny! I love it here!! Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

It is not my fault that you don’t have enough nail techs for the amount of people that walked through your business. Who I can assume to be the owner or upper management did my nails in such a rush because there was another person there, that I was nicked multiple times and did bleed. I was trying to do a color with a minimal design and it was an issue for her, so to speed up my own process of no longer sitting with her, I decided to just get a clear coat and leave. The only saving grace was the nail tech who did my pedicure. She was phenomenal. But I will not be coming back to this place ever.

This place is CLEAN! Very sanitary and the staff is super nice. My husband and I both had Pedicures and I also got a gel manicure. Massage chairs are brand new and they wipe everything down after each client. Implements are never shared between clients either. I will be a regular client for sure. Edward does great massage!

First time there and very happy with the service. Ana the owner is very friendly and really good at doing nails. The guy that did my pedicure was friendly and the massages on mylegs were awesome. 10/5/2019....went for the 2nd time. This time took my son and it was a great experience again. My son even says he wouldn't mind taking the ride with me again.
