I’m coming today to the lab in Princeton. The system give the opportunity to be walk in. But the lady is in charge said no. Last week I’m coming the other lady in charge said just need waiting more time of other have appointments. That’s no fear one yes another no by the person on charge.

Horrible company and staff. I called and asked about walk-ins and they hung up. I called again thinking the call got disconnected but no they hung up on me again. Smh bad for business.

Quest is the absolute worst. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. They also lost my lab so I had to get blood drawn (7 vials) a second time. Good thing patients are forced to go to them thru their insurance, otherwise they would have gone out of business a long time ago. Very disorganized, and the rude staff should all get fired and stop working in customer service jobs.

I don’t know if they just get a rough crowd there or what. But the people here are just miserable. Whatever happened to good morning, please, thank you? It’s like you’re begging them to do their job. Gross.

this is the second time I've been to this place and the experience just gets worse. The workers there are always condescending, rude and just extremely unhelpful. I went in with test both on their system and as a PDF form on email and was told they cannot provide the work without a physical copy. I asked if they had a fax number or a email I can send a PDF to for them to print it out since they needed a physical copy, the woman said they did not use any emails or any fax number therefore I would have to reschedule my appointment which caused me to miss all my doctors appointment of the week. however at any other quest diagnostics location they were able to work with me to get my blood work done, this location however is full of rude workers that should honestly not be in the customer service field. Fire them all.

Literally never met more of a rude staff in my whole entire life. Especially the black nurse was exceptionally terrible. if you hate what are you doing then maybe you should not be coming house, or work with people period. I regret wasting a part of my day here

I went to this office for two blood tests ordered by my doctor. For some reason, the test orders were not electronically in the system. I asked the Quest person if I could quickly call my doctor and have them faxed over. She said she couldn't do that. So I went to my car and had them faxed within five minutes. Since I couldn't get right back in to the same person, I made another appointment to have the tests done two days later--which caused me to postpone the doctor's appointment that required the results. I went back a second time and evidently they only ran one of the tests. My doctor called me and said he had only received one result, so I again postponed my doctor's appointment. I am going back the third time on Monday to get the missed test. All of this could have been avoided by an initial quick call to my doctor at my first visit. I consider this extremely poor customer service with little consideration for the client.

Staff is not friendly and very obnoxious from my first experience. Most of the ladies are extremely rude. Look at the reviews, hopefully they correct their management system because they will keep losing patients.

I went in as a walk in at 2:30 on Wed. There was 1 person ahead of me, who had a 3 min. wait. The lady at the front desk informed me they do not take walk-ins. I informed her that that walk-ins are posted on the door and on the web site. I came at the time when it was supposed to be the least busy. I told her I need to pick up the containers for a 24 urine test. She then left, never saying a word to me and came back a few minutes later and handed me the bottle, gave a very simplistic direction and dismissed me by sitting down and putting her eyes down. There was never a smile. Do you take walk-ins or not? Then please post online. These people are rude! I work in a business and we would never let people dealing with customers act like this.

came here for some simple blood work, and was treated very, very poorly and disrespected right at front desk in front of all waiting patients. super untrained staff members in simple customer service, when i asked to speak to manager turns out she was the manager. rate this place a -0 for absolute disrespect, all me and my gf did was ask a few questions because she turned down our appointments and told us to get lost in front of all patients super embarrassing, NEVER coming back!!!!!!!!!
