We decided on a hybrid He worked very hard on reducing the price for us so we could afford it. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you really want to find the right mattress for you, Theresa is the person you need to see at Mattress Firm, Hamburg. After visiting every store that sold mattresses without luck, we met Theresa. Theresa was patient and very knowledgeable about the various mattresses. We spent a hours trying out and comparing the mattresses she recommended. She was more concerned about me finding the right mattress to meet my high expectations for my bad back, than in making a sale. Visit Theresa at Mattress Firm if you want personalized care.

Great service! We had visited Mattress Firm earlier in the month (April 2022). Since we had not shopped for a mattress in many years' we had multiple questions. The salesperson (Robert) not only had answers for us, but also contributed many of his life experiences with various mattress brands. He also spoke about tips on what to pay attention to when shopping for mattresses (Body alignment, comfort at pressure points, cooling features, elevation features & how they contribute to better sleep). He gave us a lot to think about and what to ask as we shopped around at different stores. After comparing his knowledge and expertise with other salespeople, we knew we wanted to go back to give him the sale. 2 weeks later, we returned to the Hamburg Mattress Firm. Robert remembered us. He was able to give us the best price for the mattress we had chosen.

Rob was great. Even let my step daughter run around trying out all the beds keeping her happy as we completed the sale. Got a $2700 mattress for $850 and couldn’t be happier. I canceled my order at Raymour and know I made the right decision. I wish they had free delivery like others but I saved so much I was willing to pay. Thanks again.

Robert was absolutely amazing he was so knowledgeable and took us around to find the perfect mattress for us. He gave us space and time to decide while being there to answer all of the questions we had. I definitely recommend asking for Robert and just going to this store in general they are great!

I was pleasantly surprised at the welcoming atmosphere and attention given to me and my sister. We were there to just look for our elderly cousin who has trouble getting around. Robin took his time, explaining the different mattresses and technologies of each. While I didn’t buy a mattress, I did buy 2 pillows and my sister is going to buy a Temporpedic mattress in August.

Excellent experience! Robert helped us pick just the right mattress, and was very attentive and informative. He made sure we laid down on each of the mattresses and watched how our spines aligned when laying on our backs and on our sides, to assure we weren’t getting TOO soft of a mattress ! He was very knowledgeable & polite. We are excited to get our mattress delivered & will definitely be returning customers !

Purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper Select queen mattress with split boxspring. New employee was unfamiliar with new software system. Took 45 minutes to prepare the sale. He tried real hard. I'm sure he will do better next time. Friendly and helpful.
