I genuinely can say that my experience with Safeguard Self Storage has been INCREDIBLE and this is for one MAJOR illuminating reason: CLIVE. When I came into the office I was greeted by a gentleman who immediately gave off that ESSENCE of ~EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE~ and trust me, I know good hospitality, I have worked in the hospitality industry for 12+ years now. Let me set the scene for you: it was a slightly busy day when I came in, Clive had customers coming in asking for help throughout the time I was signing my paperwork & going over all the terms for the unit he had helped me pick out that was best suited for my needs. He was able to manage all of the clients questions or need for assistance without leaving me waiting or the other clients waiting. He simultaneously was able to manage all of these things at once without leaving any question of mine unanswered. He is without a doubt this companies BEST ASSET. When I came to post this review, I was genuinely so happy to see that so many others feel the same as I do about Clive. He is incredible and obviously I am not alone when it comes to how we are all grateful to have worked with Clive. This man DESERVES A RAISE, a promotion, a pay raise, SOMETHING GREAT, because CLEARLY he is doing all the things right!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you, if it weren’t for Clive’s excellent personality and helpfulness, I perhaps might have shopped around looking for a storage unit just to see what options I had… I did not need to, thanks to Clive. Hello how are you? I'd like to right a review about your safeguard customer service representative Clive. Moving into a storage unit can be a stressful time for anyone who needs one. However, when you have Clive helping you get a unit, things not only become less stressful, but also full of understanding and respect. I was shopping around and even tho other storage units had a lower price, their customer service was horrible! I'd rather pay more to experience the way Clive handled my needs with genuine concern and care. I recommend everyone to go to where Clive works at Safeguard Storage Facility to experience the best customer service. Clive @ Safeguard has to be the most courteous, patient, helpful and even if 4 customers walk through the door he has tremendously pleasantly words to each and every one!!!! Because of him we chose to stay here & walk in to say hello when taking care of our business. He checked in on us to make sure we were happy & explained everything so we knew where we stood. Clive & Mike were present @ our beginning & towards our end. And to that I’ll give SS 5 stars!!!! Clive business acumen and attire is one to be recognized. I had a great experience at Safeguard Self Storage with Clive and Jack. Clive was wonderful and answered all my questions and was very nice and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and well informed. Amazing customer service!

My experience with Safeguard storage was very good. Jack was the one who attended to me and drew up my contract. Although we had to keep our distance from each other, Jack was friendly, funny, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me detailed instructions, which I followed, on what to do and not do while bringing property to the unit. Jack went over how to use the keys and the fob to enter the facility and the storage unit itself. Jack showed my husband and I the storage units and showed us how to use the lock and key. I would recommend safeguard self storage to anyone who needs to store personal property.
