Lindsay at Victoria Secret Pink was extremely helpful and sweet! I recommend her highly, what a caring person! Victoria Secret downstairs in Roosevelt Field Mall needs a completely new staff and customer experience training.

The employees here are extremely rude, I’ve never had a worker come up to me in my face and have such attitude like she wanted to fight over what? underwear? This store needs better staff who knows how to speak to customers in a respectful way, and stop acting disrespectful to paying customers, if the store is still open, people will still be shopping you can expect the items to not be folded perfectly, and they’re also speaking about customers in public and making back handed remarks on their headsets. Do better.

I was looking for a particular item that I couldn't find at the outlet so I decided to go to roosevelt field I found the exact thing and color I wanted an associated spend extra time fo help me very polite workers great place fo shop

Some of the workers were nice and helpful but others, not so much. The workers out on the floor are amazing and the store is well maintained in comparison to other PINK stores I've been to. However, the people they have working the registers are a hot mess. Was told that they would hold my clothing items for me while I figured out why my payment was being declined. Takes me 5 minutes so I come back and the man tells me that they already put the clothes back out in the store (WTF!). Don't make promises to customers that you cannot keep. Very unprofessional. Also, one of the other workers on the register answered one of my questions with "I don't know". I understand you do not have all the answers but I have a job too and when I don't know, I ask someone else or my manager. Not impressed with some of the employees here but will give them kudos on keeping a relatively clean store given the amount of people who frequent it.

I was welcomed and acknowledged by every employee who saw me alone, it was a great experience. My girl Pam helped me out by getting me measured , it was then I realized my whole life was a lie! I knew I was wearing the wrong size bra but I didn't think it was that far of a jump. Pam was very helpful and she took in consideration of me wearing hijab and asked if I would feel comfortable being measured in the fitting room. She gave me options and made me feel confident in my decisions and stuck with me until I was set and on the check out line. Officially my favorite store 😁
