Just had the worst meal delivered to my house. Never happened before. Ordered Crispy chicken sandwich, fries, water, cookies. The chicken was dry, hard and cold. No fries in the bag!! Tried to call afterwards but no answer. Poor quality sandwich and poor order verification. Reported to Door Dash.

This place is one of the few remaining Play-Places in Upstate. Service is fairly good and food is good for fast food. The Atmosphere would be excellent but the Play Place gets no attention or minimal attention in terms of cleaning and safety cusions. It's a shame because kids love it and it's a great option in the winter as there is nothing else in the area. Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly for sure because of the play place. Just don't expect perfection Parking: Parking is good. Room to park many vehicles and if need be the parking lot across the road is available as well. Even for OTR drivers Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair tables and entrance and bathrooms are available through out the place

Absolutely disgusting. Cold fries dried out chicken and didn't get my sauces. Lunch time at that so u would think everything would be fresh best of all my number 4 original came with just chicken and a bun. I was driving through Gloversville on my day off for some errands, and figured I’d stop to get a burger quick before heading home. What a mistake that was. I got a double cheeseburger, small fry, a small coke, and 2 apple pies. The burger and fries they got right, but the apple pie was disgustingly cold, to the point where I wanted to return it, but didn’t bother as I waited almost 15 minutes for fast food. I get that they’re short staffed, but you can tell they’re clearly mismanaged by incompetent leadership. The restaurant was dirty, garbage all over the floor, the dining area stunk of something foul and was miserable to sit in and eat; even for a quick bite. The Johnstown one is better, but still isn’t perfect. When you really want something quick, go to that location instead. It’s sad too, because as a kid, this McDonald’s was the one to go to as opposed to Johnstown; the play place was it. I still have pictures from when I was a kid and it was booming with excitement; now it’s desolate and barely used. Sad.

Went inside and ordered the food at the kiosk. Got my little number and sat at the table. After 20 min I went to the counter to ask what was going on and was told the kitchen was busy. So I waited another 10 min and approached the counter and asked about my order. I was told it went missing and they would remake it. Asked for a refund and the manager was just so mattet of fact about it like processing refunds is the norm without solving the actual problem.

Last 3 times I got food from here, no matter the time of day, whether I go inside, the drive thru, or go thru doordash the food is hands down DISGUSTING. Literally not even close to being edible. Idk what the deal is or how hard it is to make a fresh order of fries. Trash. Food is always cold and hard as rock!

Do not recommend. 8 out of 10 times will get order wrong and give you the wrong thing or not make it the way you order. I have ordered a sausage egg McMuffin without cheese and got a sausage muffin. No egg. My sister will order a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, and get pickles, onion, and mustard. They won't stir your coffee, so you have to figure out how to stir your coffee without spilling it everywhere or burning yourself. If you do go here and order hot coffee, remember to ask for a straw. The staff are not always the friendliest or polite. So, you take chances coming here. There is another McDonald's that is down the road in Johnstown that is a bit better. Please note, I am not a "Karen". I try to only review places that I have a good opinion of, but this place has messed up my orders far too many times.

This McDonalds seems to consistently mess up orders, act like they have no idea what is going on and then give you a serious attitude when you politely point out a mistake. The Johnstown one is not any better. Last time we were there the girl in the window was too busy on her cell phone to get the orders even close to correct when spoken. I don’t expect much from fast food places and mistakes do happen but I cannot remember the last time we went through either location and not having a screwed up order. Either the managers have to hire more competent people or they need to go.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! We ordered a meal through the app, and after checking in at our parking spot we waited nearly 20 minutes. After waiting for so long my wife and I went inside to see what the issue was. Once inside we were ignored for another 10 minutes before somebody finally decided to attend to the customers waiting at the counter. For the record, there was complete chaos going on behind the counter. They were struggling with one order most of that time. When someone finally bothered to come the counter, and we explained the problem we were treated as an inconvenience, and rushed by being told to "reload the app (which it clearly states to not do) or call" We were never told who to call or offered any more help, the girl literally walked away. The manager (who was standing to the side and heard all of this never came over to try and figure out the problem, offer to match the deal in the app, or anything. She didn't even acknowledge us. This place has big issues, and day 1 customer service and basic hospitality are right at the top. Also I suspect they were just ignoring our order or outright rejecting it from their system as they were clearly unable to handle more than one order at a time.

Had no intention on going through the drive-thru, but I have been craving a hamburger 🍔 for weeks. Saw their sign for a special on two double cheeseburger's so I had to do it. They were freshly made, very tasty. I rarely ever go to fast-food establishments, but I'm glad I stopped to give into my craving. Very satisfied
