Ever since the new person took over we don't get mail until 7pm or later. There are days we get no mail and according to the website we have mail.

Nice people just unreliable we use informed delivery & the mail we should of recieved today for this july 4th will be delivered on Tuesday just because they decided it's a holiday weekend & I guess they went home early government employees for us

The employees are friendly when I go in to the post office. I have scheduled a package pick up at my house, gotten confirmation and this is the 3rd time the carrier did not pick up my packages. He even came to the house to drop off packages, with my packages sitting on my porch for pickup. I do not understand how this keeps happening. I had ankle surgery and cannot drive so having package pickup for my small business is a necessity for me right now.

This is the second Saturday in a row where I paid extra for this post office in Liberty NY 12754 to get a signature release when delivering a package. I called the addressee to confirm the signature and she said she did not sign for the package nor did she get a knock on the door by the carrier. Both times this Saturday, June 6, 2020 and last week Saturday she has at home awaiting the carrier's knock for a signature. The carrier this Saturday and last Saturday left the package without a signature. I have paid extra both times for a signature release from the addressee and both times the carrier falsely signed it without the addressee's permission.

This is the laziest group of humans around. Won't deliver my packages to my door but will deliver my upstairs neighbors at their door then will not put a notice in my mailbox I only find out its waiting at the liberty post office when I contact the shipper. Can't wait for them to fold and close their doors

Every time I have a package that comes through then the carrier lies and says they attempted at times I’m sitting right home. I hate my local usps. It’s a shame. And now you can’t call personally. It’s a 800 number

The key to customer service is listening to the customer the clerks need to pay more attention to the customer they are dealing with not a friend they no out of work smh .
