The ladies who work the window at the post office are very good natured and efficient. The parking situation there is probably the worst in town for any public place though.

Awesome post office. Friendly staff, no long wait times and they've held packages for over a month for me.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. The line, if there is one, moves quickly.

Every day this post office sends text messages out to senders saying packages are “out for delivery” just to placate the sender. Don’t believe it!! They do this just to shut you up! Lazy and incompetent! Fire everybody and start over! Priority mail is a joke when it comes to Malone NY...don’t waste your money! They lie!

The most difficult place to contact, I've waited on hold for over an hour, twice now, listening to the most awful music, and the annoying recording of a voice saying, that they will be will me shortly, only to be disconnected by an in coming call! I'm disabled, and snowed in. Someone has changed my address, and this U.S. POST OFFICE HAS NO WAY FOR ME TO EVEN HELP MYSELF! I glad the phone doesn't disrupt THEIR lunch,DAY! Why DO WE HAVE A POST OFFICE ! You shouldn't have jobs!

Well during the winter the snow plow goes by and stuffs snow right back up to where my front walk way is blocked off... and apparently it's way to hard to step over a bank to bring the mail up to the front steps and put in my mail slot so I haven't received my mail in about... hmmm... 4 days now. Also I had my new phone deliver via USPS and instead of bringing it up to the door they left it down on the bottom steps where the snow plow comes through Thankfully my friend came over and saw it. AFTER he had stepped on it. You have one job mail ppl.... if U.P.S can bring a flippin guitar up to my door in the middle of a snow storm then there is no excuse. I have paper work that is expected or I WILL LOSE MY JOB. Doesn't matter to you though right? Because the ice builds up and the plow just keeps knocking the snow in front of the walk way we don't deserve our mail? Simple laziness on your end. Extremely dissipointed
