Dr Hawksworth is an amazing vet and this is our place where we bring all our cats. Her practice also prescribes to all forms of medicine for the best well rounded care

I had an appointment during covid when they would come outside to give your pet there shots. I was there and kept calling the phone number indicated to call. I waited 45min past my scheduled time. I left to go back to work. Eventually talked to the vet she backed up her cameras to verify and apologized. I called and canceled my next appointment due to being ill. I did call in the third appointment a couple days after I was scheduled due to a car accident I was in. Now I'm to prepay for missing 3 vists with what they say is no call no show, but if I cancel I'll get my money back??? I have always paid for services rendered at time of visit in full! If you can keep records for missed appointments you should keep record of people calling in. I think the vet is a very good vet, but I believe her staff not to be completing their jobs in a proper manner. I will gladly change this review to 5 star if the situation is corrected. I would have never left this review if I would have received a call back from the vet herself. Maybe she never even received the messages?? Today is the third time I called to schedule an appointment just for booster shots. I feel this is the only way she may get the messages I left for her.

My pore dog had an allergic reaction to something outside! It was so scary! She just kept swelling in front of our eyes! Thank God they got us right in and we have never been to them before. But after this I will be taking my dog to see them again! Thank you guys so much for your help, she is doing much better already!!

Friendly helpful staff. Got my doggy right in when she was sick. Prices are fair, but getting higher. Nice and close to home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lakeside. Our experience with staff was always superior to any other vets we have utilized around the area. Martha and the vet techs were compassionate, kind, easy to speak with, and willing to answer all questions. As our dog Tyson got older, they were responsive to emergencies and efficient with setting up appointments. The vet techs following up via phone, as well as a warm welcome for each of our visits made our dog feel safe and made us confident in their care. My appreciation for Lakeside is unwavering. I will continue to take my animals to Lakeside along with any future pets. They will forever deserve more than five stars for their commitment to animals. I am a firm believer all of the Lakeside staff care for each animal as if it were family.
