Cold Day in Hades before I ever use this location again. There's a definite attitude problem in this place. My package was refused for mailing because of the type of box I used. Funny how I was able to mail that same box at the USPS just 3 miles away and there was no issue with the carton type. Do yourself a favor, use the Watkins Glen PO, instead. It's worth the trip to deal with nice people.

Postman handed 2 packages to someone else. When I went to pick up my delivery later in the day, postman said he had given them to someone he didn’t know! More care is taken at a fast food restaurant with $5 sandwich! BUT postman gets benefits, retirement, and living wages🤦♀️ ANGRY!

Excellent service every time. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative. The guy that clerks there Clint, is always helpful and generous with his time a credit to the organization.

Post lady was really rude about holding on other people's mail and handing it over to her in person so the mail won't be stolen
