If you’ve used this location to scan anything, I’d encourage you to go into the store and request your files be deleted. Mistake or not, I was just emailed someone’s personal medical information, including their drivers license, medical history, social security information etc. when I asked for my scanned file to be sent to me . This is a major breach of protected personal information. The scanned files are saved on their computer, and are not deleted after your transactions.

Avoid this place and go elsewhere for UPS services! Both of the people who work here are rude and bring an awful customer service!!! Shipping prices overpriced outside of estimation. This store is a bad and disastrous example of the UPS brand. UPS, take note, you should close this store as soon as possible.

These guys are just barely making it happen. Everything is slow and I have seen staff argue with each other multiple times about who should come out of the back room to actually help waiting customers. It is a weirdly low quality location to access what should be a simple infrastructure service.

I have visited for notary and to send a mail. Google maps take you to other shop. Look for the name board before parking. The owner posted some other shops pic in maps :) Notary is pretty quick. Original document verification and making their entries done real quick. They charge 10 bucks per sign. This service is awesome and you can pay by your card or cash. Mail you can get the job done but you have to go prepared. I felt they can improve in this area by keeping all the envelopes and packing essentials. Of course they support you well if you ask for any. Otherwise very convenient UPS store.

There are two people working here, I am looking for printouts which were in pen drive. They are supposed to help me print them, instead they asked me to connect the pen drive to xerox machine and telling me to print myself though I am saying I don't know the the settings in the machine...very unhelpful and rude service

Worst store ever!!!! The people who own it are SO rude. they do not care at all about their customers. It’s a family run business and they have arguments with each other with customers standing in line. I was just dropping off a package and I waited over 20 minutes while one of the owners was arguing with another customer and then arguing with other employees/family members in the store. The woman behind the counter just kept looking at me and then would continue “dealing” with her customer without even acknowledging me. The man in line behind me walked out. The worst. Avoid at all cost.

Showed up just at closing time with a package that already had a label. Door was unlocked. Woman working the counter was rude and would not accept the package. Terrible customer service. Went 1 mile up the street to Staples Westborough at the shipping center and had a great experience. Please go there they are a UPS partner.

Good place to book parcels and letter covers to be sent across the country. Efficient services by the staff. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks compulsory. Plenty of car parking and wheel chair access is there to the shop. They ensure quick delivery of the goods booked for delivery. One gets the mail as soon as it is shipped through The UPS sore and the parcel can be traced till it reaches the customer to whom it is sent. If the parcel is not delivered at the given address if people are not available, then the same is delivered to the nearest CVS PHARMACY and a slip indicating the same is given at the original address where it was supposed to be delivered. With that slip one can get the parcel from the nearest CVS PHARMACY. All related materials required for parcel of the goods is available in the store. Temperature is not checked. Greeting cards are also sold. No restrooms for the public was seen. Social distancing maintained between the customers. Credit cards accepted for payment.

Normally, I have good experiences here but today was terrible. The person who was helping me left in the middle to go help a people in line behind me. I had to wait a 5 minutes or so for their coworker to come finish the job. They also did a poor job boxing up my items.

Honestly, I was so disappointed when I arrived first of all I’m going to start by saying You have the owner of the company and which I assumed to be his wife who are “ supposed to be setting an example on how to run a business”on their phones eating laughing having a blast.. Mind you the owner and his wife witness me and hear the alarm from the door they look the opposite direction as I stood there for a good 5 mins with no help until hear them call out for help, they have the nerve to call another woman who is already busy doing other task to come help me.. I’m Sorry But that Is Poor Poor Leadership. Every time I walk in there it’s the same nonsense I don’t see a team effort here at all .. I only see this hard working woman I believe her name start with a T she was really polite respectful and formal some how every time she’s the only one working. Please Do A Better Job and Appreciate your employees more because they’re working very hard more than the Owner.. Next time I am calling HR !!!
