I am being sued by a debt collector for a furniture I item I purchased over a year ago. I love the item but they never billed me. Then I called for information and they had no balance due. Then I find they sold my debt (which I never intended to have) to a bullying debt collector that hacked on over 500 bucks in fees. I have tried to settle up with CB but they won’t help me. Now I am being sued in court for something I have tried in vain to pay for. I assume the pandemic screwed up business as usual but I never expected this. As a longtime customer I am shocked and saddened and yet corporate still won’t let me pay for the item I ordered. As one can see below I have received a response from Crate & Barrel from someone named Cassie but the number supplied to me sends me to usual rotation robot waitlist. Nor is there provided any contact or extension number for which I would speak to a human that is willing to directly address the issues I have had.

Well stocked store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even brought out an item that I saw online that they did not have on display. The store is very well spaced out so you can browse without a crowd

I had a rather frustrating customer experience with this location, which would have made me never shop with C&B again. However, the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction, with the management even exceeding my expectations. This reflects very well on the company, and makes me feel respected as a customer. Special thanks to Joshua, whose professionalism and grace made me regret my initially upfront tone, and Jackie. Best people to deal with customer issues and customer retention.

I went to purchase a clearance item that was marked for 11.95 on the sticker. The team scrambled to find a manager to make sure this was correct, and they found that it was “accidentally marked” for the wrong price and did not honor the price they had marked it as. Garbage-tier customer service.

The store is big and you can have a whole home experience. From small appliances, dinnerware, furniture and kitchen accessories. Love the color schemes and everything in between. They are really pricey. My biggest complaint is the fact that I didn’t want to continue to shopping because they didn’t have a customer restroom. I was told they did but upon arrival they said they didn’t and I just left didn’t want to shop for whatever I went in for.

Good quality home store with online pick up on the ground level at the back left of the store. It is at the average range for pricing but you get a nice quality product. The staff are very friendly and helpful to all your needs in store. There is also a bathroom on the first floor by the window behind a display wall. Elevator found to the right hand side of the store.

So thankful to Lisa, Denise and another colleague whose name begins with S (sorry to long for me to remember from a quick glance). They went above and beyond to look for these Aspen dinner plates scattered around the store for me. Thank you especially to Lisa for suggesting that there might be 8 of these plates around the store on displays. I needed them for thanksgiving dinner. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Denise packaged it nicely in a box to go.

I like this place but the waste of paper and foam is incredible for a small plastic lid. . I order 3 and they were delivery separate. Companies has to be more responsable for the pollution we having.
