Don't answer the phone. I have to call another CVS pharmacy to find out if my prescriptions are ready. Have to wait for them to order my prescription when they run out of stock even when they know I need a refill. Staff isn't friendly. I only go here because of my insurance company otherwise I would have left years ago.

This CVS is very convenient for me, anything I need I pick it up once I'm off the bus. The staff is always very nice & helpful if you need assistance especially with the self service machines. My only gripe with this location... They seem to run out of plain half & half way too often. Could be they sell out pretty quick because it's not a item that moves or they're not getting enough stock. But they carry tons of the flavored ones which I do not like at all. Never fails how many times I overpay at the local deli because they're out. So when they do have stock I always purchase several cartons as back up. Otherwise they have most of the products I need.

The staff there are always polite but today there was a staff urging me to quickly pick and pay and leave. I was just spending time picking a cosmetic product….. not sure why the rush??

I stopped by this beautiful and spacious CVS while waiting for my brunch reservation at Jack's Wife Freda. The stores were spacious, well organized and had a good stock. However, my issue was with checkout. There was one person standing by self-checkout but, they were busy on their phone instead of helping people. Also, even though they had multiple check out machines only two was actually working.

This store is terrible! It's filthy, the doors are barely on the hinges and the cashiers are the laziest bunch of people I have ever seen. There are 3 of you behind the counter yet, you are directing me to self Check-out! Are we not still dealing with COVID? You think touching those filthy machines is a good idea! I don't work here! Do what YOU are getting paid to do! If you were actually cleaning that filthy store, MAYBE I'd use self check out!

So, I can't write two reviews. I am giving it five stars for the minority of my visits and one star for my visit on 4/1/21. Normally my visits are in the evening and very smooth. The cashiers are helpful, the workers in the aisles and the pharmacy workers are all helpful. The cashier Kevin, and a few others that I can't recall their name have been wonderful help. Even on time in the day, Barbara was extremely nice and helpful. I do not know what was wrong with the two workers on 4/1/21 at around 4:55 PM My receipt says 5:19 PM and 5:23 PM. There was a black female worker with long braids covering her name tag at the front when I walked in. In short, she had no customer service etiquette and it's sad she appeared to be new so you would think one would want to go above and beyond at their job. No greeting and no assistance but a lot of side conversation with Juan when I needed help at self-checkout. I had to have my teenage daughter go over and ask for help even though the light was informing them we needed help. Juan voided my transaction prolonging my visit and then prolonging providing me a receipt after first not attempting to give it at all. The cop was following my teenager around and pretending to purchase juice to see what we were doing at the register. Not realizing it was mostly, the machine and Juan prolonging my standing at the register, also that I had already paid and was waiting as Juan said it would take 5 minutes to get my receipt. Instead of completing assisting me, Juan decided that helping another customer was more important and the woman worker helped too. After a while, I went over to another worker and the gentleman immediately goes to get my receipt and is back in no time. The cop, however, uses this time to come back over to the registers from standing by the door and after following my 14-year-old around to hear what I was asking the gentleman. I made it clear I wanted my receipt so NO ONE wouldn't think I WAS STEALING. Just because I look like I am 16-18 (not even close to that age) and I am in regular street clothes doesn't mean that someone is stealing from CVS. My stuff totaled $40. I had $200 in my pocket. I could have brought the whole transaction 5 TIMES!! Stop thinking every person that is young and of a certain race is a thief. IT'S EXTREMELY SAD TO TREAT SOMEONE THAT HAS SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN CVS LIKE THIS!!! OH, AND THE COP WAS JUST HOPING FOR SOMETHING TO DO BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SIGN OF ME OR MY DAUGHTER STEALING. JUST DISGUSTING AND THE WORKERS WERE NO BETTER OTHER THAN THE GENTLEMAN THE GOT MY RECEIPT SO THANK YOU TO ONLY HIM!!!!

The pharmacist was excellent in responding to my medical needs! This drug store is a walking distance! They are always open 24/7 just to provide medical healthcare services to people. Very reliable store for your healthcare needs.

I went to cvs to buy a roll of toilet paper..... all the self service checkouts were for credit card only and the cashier( who seems very helpful) was busy trying to help a woman whose credit card was declined.... I asked the manager which register was taking cash and she pointed to the cashier that was assisting the woman with the declined credit card. I waited another five minutes and just left. I do not understand why the manager couldnt help the woman at the self checkout and allow the cashier to ring up all of us paying with cash.
