Manager was rather helpful in price matching the overpriced in-store item to the in-app price of the same item. She kindly informed me that I could have gotten the better price without the hassle if I had ordered the item for pick up. The cashier who initially tried to help was clueless but had good intentions. Overall a decent experience. edit: attempted to place pick up orders but they almost always get canceled by the store, disappointed

I went in there yesterday and it was horrible the line was super long and when the cashier asked for backup no one showed up. The manager or the shift leader laughed as he heard they needed back up in the front and just went inside of the office and then left outside as the line kept getting longer. I was also told that the managers treat their employees unfairly and overworks them. Also I went there a few months back to try tell them I applied and they say they aren't hiring but an hour later I come to find out that they were lying to me and took my my application down. This have gotten to be the worse store.

This is my go to place in the neighborhood. They are very kid friendly and anytime I have any issues they accommodate me. Photo orders are always done quick and it’s always clean inside.

This is literally the worst Duane reade when it comes to checking out. They never have enough people on the registers. Usually I walk 2 blocks further to go to CVS where they have self checkout and people to help. This is NYC people want to be in and out!!!

This storage is large with a wide selection spread over two floors. The cashiers weren't sure where all of their items could be found, which send me on a bit of a wild goose chase.

Convenience of location is what brought me to this Duane Reade/Walgreens in the first place, but professionalism and courtesy is what keeps me coming back. Fastajab is a huge part of that in a city as big and busy. it's rare to find a place where the staff actually remembers your face let along your name. Fastajab is very friendly, and knowledgeable in the photo printing dept. Having my photos printed here has been a pleasant experience from redoing photos if you're not satisfied to working with you on a timely fashion.

It says "same day pick up" but is never ready the same day. when you call, they just say the photo department is closed. then why advertise as "same day pick up"!? the attitude of the staff there is not helpful and rude. will avoid this store in future.
