This review is only about the quality of the chocolate , the store location is fine, the service is great and friendly, the selection is okay BUT having tried Neuhaus chocolates in Belgium , these chocolates are either produced in America with local ingredients or they have lost freshness during shipping. But certainly the flavour is NOT THE SAME, even though prices are…. So, don’t get me wrong , chocolates are good and probably better than many other fine chocolatiers, but you don’t get the same unique experience and tradition that Neuhaus chocolates in their natal country.

WOW!!! I knew this place had great chocolate but I cannot speak more highly of the service we received here. The young woman who was working, Alouise (?), was absolutely fantastic. She had such a warm and positive energy but wasn’t fake or pushy. She was so meticulous and thorough - from the color of the box ribbon to the spacing of the chocolates in the box - and made us feel like we made a 100% customized product that was worth every penny and more. She offered us samples and showed us the little chocolate catalog in case she could find us a chocolate that we were interested in but was not on display. I wish all service workers were as genuine and thoughtful as her. For once, I was actually sad that there wasn’t a pop-up option to tip her off of my credit card. My boyfriend and I have worked multiple service industry jobs and we both agreed that this was the best in-store experience we’ve ever had anywhere. Homegirl deserves a raise or promotion and should seriously consider a career in sales. Super happy to bring back this gift to my grandma.

There chocolate is really good. Great chocolate leaves a nice fresh after taste feel in your mouth. I sampled maybe 9 different pieces of Dark chocolates with almond, hazelnuts. And a few other variants.

Tiny location, chocolates are great staff is not. Was hoping for some Halloween chocolates a bit above what a pharmacy would have and staff member could not have been ruder. Didn’t even turn his back and said in a condescending tone “ yeah we don’t do Halloween” well yeah I won’t be spending money in your store. Not the experience I would expect from Neuhaus... have shopped at other locations for many years. Pass

A cute storefront for some tasty chocolate. The prices are up there, seemingly around $2/piece, which adds up when you're buying a box, but the sample I had was delicate. There are collections along the wall with individual pieces behind the counter that include not only chocolate but also a few fruity options as well.
