They didn't end up having what we were looking for but the three employees we interacted with were the nicest people in a retail setting like ever. Especially since covid hit and everyone's attitudes changed. Kudos to these guys!

It really felt like shopping at a local hardware store. So many people get on the internet to complain, I just wanted to acknowledge that there's regular people out there doing a great job with a positive and helpful attitude. Of all places, at harbor freight, I got excellent service with genuine gratitude. Refreshing in a world where everyone seems to have stopped caring.

John the Manager is fantastic. We had a huge mess up with a box I ordered and he took care of the situation. Quick and seamless. He made sure I was happy especially with the mess up by harbor freight. They should want every employee to be as good as he is.

Large tool store with their own line of power tools and equipment. The Hercules line of brushless motor tools with lithium batteries seems to be close to DeWalt level of quality, at very reasonable prices. Overall, a fun store for grown children like myself to shop at!
