Wonderful clean store. The guy at the counter is very reasonable and respectful. I brought my phone to have my screen repaired and he went above and beyond to ensure that my screen came out flawlessly. He truly care about his customers and does a great job. I will surely come here for any more phone repair needs.

A very unpleasant business dealing at ubreakifix store on Austin street-I went in after an appointment with Verizon on an insured phone with a earpiece problem The guy behind the counter insisted I should file a claim for a cracked screen (which I don’t have ) and pay phoneclaim website $29 and give his address as the location to fix it and he would replace the screen which also is responsible for the ear piece and he can fix it rightaway-“ I can do it today if you do this procedure” As soon as I told him I’d still like to call back Verizon as they have offered me a free replacement against my insurance, he immediately checked out disconnected and moved right on to the next customer as if I didn’t even exist ! It was so apparently unpleasant that his associate gave me the appalled yet helpless expression 🤷♀️ Just rude and inconsiderate customer service-I’d certainly not be going back

Amazing experience i had. I made the appt the night before and got there a little earlier before they opened . Had to wait behind 2 customers but when i reached the front, he explained everything to me and gave me a time and it was ready when i got there! My screen is perfect , and installed as it should be! I will be going back to this uBreakiFix. Just need a little bit more accessories to choose from after a damaged phone was replaced but not going to let the stars suffer 😂

Came here to get my phone screen replaced after it cracked. I called in advance to make sure they had the parts for my phone model and they did. They were very professional and friendly. I dealt with 3 different people, one who checked me in, one that checked me out, and the service tech who answered some questions and helped recalibrate the finger scanner. Everyone was professional, easy to talk to and they repaired the phone within the time they quoted. Very glad I came here and definitely recommend them.

I can’t begin to tell you how they saved me from a massive headache. The rep was ready and able to meet my needs. After all the back & forth from my phone’s data provider to the apple store, they went above & beyond to help me make my claim in store online so I wouldn’t have to go all the way back home to do such. Within an hour my phone screen looks brand new . This location the representatives are effective & shows great customer care . HUGE PLUS FOR ME!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Deep was super helpful in getting my broken screen fixed! We came in just before 6 pm and he was able to get it fixed for us by 7 since I couldn't come in the next day which would have been a Friday. Great service!

The 2 men at The Forest Hill location in Queen provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. The store have a first come 1st serve policy For their replacement screens. They only had one in the store. They held the screen while I made my way from Brooklyn. My screen was Severely cracked. With A-line going across With green blink light. When they finished repairing my phone it looked brand new. I left the store a very satisfied customer. You guys are the best. Sincerely Patricia Fields
