I’ve been trying to find big clothes for my 2x husband for a decent price. They have a huge big and tall section. And everything was either BOGO or a good percentage off. We ended up with maybe six outfits for $160! Nice outfits too!

JCPenney was a huge disappointment! I went looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. What I found was a store with very poor quality merchandise, no options for fancy dresses for women. I won't be going back.

Although they didn't have any large choice in men's sports coats, the store was bright, clean and nice in a 75% vacant Aviation Mall. Shame. It's apparent that mall's days are numbered, probably subject to bulldozers and residential apartments or homes.

I often shop here out of nostolgic pity for the long term employees who are desperately trying to squeeze a retirement out of this doomed brand. Sad.

Got a suit and haircut for prom, and both look great. Suit and accessories were a little expensive for what they were. Employees were nice and happy to help.

Friendly Workers. Easy to find what you're looking for. Great selections in the men's department, Van Heusen, Dockers, Levis.

It was not only wonderful to visit the store once again after working there years ago. But for thanksgiving i was able tp pick up matching dresses for my daughter and her cousin. They were so beautiful and were true to size with a good fit for not trying them on. So happy with their products and to know that the store employees take such good care of the walkways and the racks makes me a satisified customer. Thanks again JCPENNY for going out of your way to serve your customers. Also a wonderful plus to have Sephora in there, my mom loves that store.
